220 DualEntry Reviews

DualEntry has completely transformed how our finance team handles accounting. If you're using tools like Zelt, Oracle HCM, Payfit, IntelliHR, or Salesforce, DualEntry ties it all together beautifully. It’s allowed our finance and HR teams to collaborate more strategically and focus on what matters.. My collague who recommended me DualEntry told me they also use Gusto, Hubspot, Brex, Salesforce, Vertex, Team Pay, Square Payments and DualEntry can integrate with all of them which is amazing!!
Highly recommended for scale-ups and mid-market companies serious about operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI, though clean, could benefit from a few more customization options to suit different team workflows. That said, the support team has been very responsive, and once everything is set up, the system runs smoothly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DualEntry has been an absolute game-changer for our finance team. What stood out most was its effortless
integration with key platforms like Ramp and BambooHR, which significantly streamlined our onboarding
process. Pulling employee data to automate expense mapping saved us countless hours. The accounts
payable automation feature is incredibly intelligent—it proactively flagged duplicate invoices and seamlessly
synced approvals, drastically simplifying our month-end close. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There wasnʼt much I truly disliked—itʼs clear a lot of thought has gone into the platform! If anything, Iʼd
suggest adding tooltips for first-time users in the AP automation flow to make onboarding even faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

DualEntry stands out for its incredible ease of use and seamless implementation. From the moment we started, the intuitive interface made navigation a breeze, significantly reducing the learning curve for our team. The comprehensive set of features covers all our needs, and the smooth integration with our existing systems has streamlined our workflows considerably. Furthermore, the customer support team has been responsive and highly helpful whenever we've had questions, ensuring a consistently positive experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While DualEntry is highly effective, a minor suggestion for improvement would be to offer even more advanced customization options for reports. This isn't a significant drawback, as the existing reporting is robust, but additional flexibility could cater to very niche analytical requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our organization values DualEntry for its AI-driven automation, which has greatly streamlined financial operations by reducing manual tasks and minimizing errors. The platform is used daily by our finance team to manage recurring tasks and generate accurate, real-time financial reports across multiple entities and currencies. This has significantly improved the speed and consistency of our month-end closing process.
Implementation was smooth and straightforward, with minimal disruption to our existing workflows. DualEntry’s team provided clear onboarding guidance, which helped accelerate adoption. Their customer support has been prompt, reliable, and knowledgeable, consistently addressing our inquiries and offering helpful technical assistance when needed.
The integration of Google Single Sign-On (SSO) further simplifies secure access for our team members, reducing login issues and enhancing security. Overall, DualEntry is a scalable and efficient financial solution that enables our team to focus more on strategic analysis while improving overall productivity and compliance. One of the aspects our organization truly appreciates about DualEntry is its robust capabilities and intelligent automation, which have brought measurable efficiency gains to our financial operations. It serves as a comprehensive platform that ensures real-time accuracy and effectively streamlines our complex processes across multiple entities and currencies.
However, for our first-time users—particularly those who may not have prior experience with ERP systems—the initial learning curve can be somewhat steep. Navigating some of the more advanced customization features may require additional technical support or guidance, which could potentially slow our team’s adoption without adequate onboarding resources.
Nevertheless, once our users move past the initial adjustment phase, DualEntry consistently proves to be a powerful and scalable solution that delivers lasting value. With the right training and support in place, its long-term benefits to our operations far outweigh the early challenges. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I’m genuinely impressed with the integration of Accounting Intelligence. I personally inquired about specific accounting concepts and cost formulas, and the system provided clear, concise responses. I believe this feature is particularly helpful for beginner users, as it enhances understanding and supports day-to-day system use. Regarding reconciliation, I’m equally impressed by how clearly and efficiently the system presents information. It quickly highlights variances and displays the most recent reconciled adjustments remarkable, considering reconciliation is typically a time-consuming process. The same applies to amortization, where the system breaks down the details thoroughly, even including current foreign currency conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think my only concern is with the controls related to data security and backups. I haven’t had the opportunity to explore these areas in detail yet, so I don’t have a clear understanding of how these aspects are managed within the system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What stands out most about DualEntry is how it blends AI-powered automation with accountant-friendly design. It’s built by finance professionals, so the features feel intuitive and practical—like automated reconciliations, real-time dashboards, and smart revenue recognition. The platform also supports multi-entity and multi-currency operations, which is a huge plus for growing businesses.
And let’s not forget the 13,000+ integrations—it connects with everything from banks to CRMs, making data flow smoother and reducing manual work. It’s like having a supercharged finance assistant that never sleeps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think DualEntry’s super helpful overall, but a few things could be better. The setup can feel a bit overwhelming at first, and I wish there were more hands-on guides or tutorials to walk through the features. A mobile app would also be a game-changer—sometimes I just want to check something quick while I’m out. And for teams outside the U.S., the data residency setup might raise some flags. Still, once you get into the flow, it’s a pretty solid tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm truly impressed with how this software handles multiple transactions seamlessly. It’s incredibly user-friendly—generating reports like the balance sheet and income statement is quick and easy, almost in a snap! The dashboard feature is also a big plus, allowing you to monitor the flow of transactions across multiple businesses with ease. I also like that this is user friendly. You will know accounting terms by just using their AI features. Mostly user in some businesses has no knowledge when it comes to accounting terms but with this, you will understand easily. Lastly they offer a lot or 13,000+ integration ( tools like Ramp, Rippling, Gusto, Bill.com, Avalara, Brex, Deel, BambooHR, HubSpot etc.) that you can use with this . Highly recommended for business owners looking for an organized and efficient accounting solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While the software is very efficient overall, there are a few areas that could be improved. I think based on what i observed when creating an entry and there is an error, there is no prompt message of error so user will know what to change or revised to correct the error. And lastly when I add another entry the previous entry i create vanished and so i have to create my entry form the start. But overall, it's a solid software—and as they continue to improve these areas, this software has the potential to become even more powerful and user-friendly and might be the best software as the years goes by. DualEntry has been a game-changer for my audit workflow! I love how it automates transaction testing, identifies discrepancies, and provides real-time insights, enabling me to deliver high-quality audits faster and with greater accuracy. The seamless integrations and intuitive dashboards have streamlined my workflows and reduced manual data entry. However, I'd love to see enhanced customization options for audit reporting and more frequent updates to ensure compliance with evolving regulatory standards. Overall, DualEntry's innovative solutions have significantly improved my audit efficiency and quality Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I love DualEntry's automation and real-time insights, I'd like to see two areas improved: data residency options beyond U.S. servers to better serve global clients, and a mobile app for on-the-go access to enhance flexibility and productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Before I started using DualEntry, closing the books every month was exhausting—lots of repetitive tasks, manual entries, and late nights double-checking everything. Now, it’s a completely different experience. DualEntry automates the complex stuff, like matching transactions and prioritizing what needs my attention, so I can move through the close way faster and with more confidence. It integrates seamlessly with the tools I already use, and the interface just makes sense—it even learns over time, which is kind of amazing. Instead of getting stuck in the weeds, I finally have the space to focus on strategy and bigger-picture planning. It’s made my job not just easier, but more impactful. There’s a lot to appreciate about DualEntry—it's clearly built with finance teams in mind, offering thoughtful features that support real-world workflows. For even greater usability, enhancing the interface during multi-step tasks like invoice matching or approval routing could further streamline the experience. Adding visual cues such as progress indicators or clearer step transitions would make navigation more intuitive. Additionally, providing a more straightforward breakdown of user roles—such as approvers, reviewers, and general users—would help new users quickly understand permissions and workflows within the organizational structure. These small refinements could make an already strong platform even more user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I liked best about DualEntry ERP is how user-friendly and efficient the system feels, especially for an
open-source platform. The dashboard is clean and well-organized, which made it easy to immediately
understand the company’s financial position without having to dig through multiple layers of menus or
reports. From the moment you log in, you can clearly see key financial figures like total revenue, expenses,
and profit, which is extremely useful for both accountants and managers who need quick insights. Another
thing I liked is the way transactions are generated and reflected immediately. As someone who has used
Oracle ERP, I’m used to waiting for validation processes or loading times before entries appear in reports. In
DualEntry, the system posts transactions in real time, so any financial entry you make is instantly visible in
the reports. This can be a huge time-saver, especially for small to medium-sized businesses that prioritize
speed and operational efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I notice that unlike Oracle ERP, DualEntry does not seem to have a built-in validation or approval workflow
where one user inputs a transaction and another user reviews or approves it before it's finalized. This might
be a limitation for larger organizations that need stricter internal controls and audit trails, but for smaller
teams, it actually simplifies the process and makes the system faster to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
