Our experience with Bill.com has been extremely disappointing. Their verification process is an absolute nightmare — we were asked to submit the same documents 4-5 times, and even after doing so, they continued to flag issues without providing any clear resolution.
What made this worse was the quality of their support. Every interaction with their support team felt like going in circles — no real ownership, no actionable guidance, just the same scripted responses that don’t actually address the problem. It's clear that their internal processes and customer support infrastructure are broken.
We chose Bill.com expecting it to simplify our AR workflows — instead, it created more headaches and delays. We’ve wasted far too much time on something that should be straightforward. One outstanding accounting application that is very user-friendly for managing invoices and customer service, has numerous features for both online and offline payments, is simple to integrate and apply, aids in customer support,it is easy to implementand has a nice frequency of use. It's a little slow on Bill.com. We occasionally have to manually process some bills. Sometimes it won't automatically capture the invoice, so we have to do it by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using Bill for about 5 years. Bill is easily the easiest AP platform that I have used. We pay vendors in the US and internationally using both USD and foreign currencies. They have the ability to make next day payments to international vendors that we pay in USD and their receive in their local currency. The best part is that there are no fees (depending on the country). We have saved a ton of money in wire fees. We can pay vendors with just a few clicks. The bill approval and payment approval processes are fantastic and help us ensure that we aren't paying things incorrectly. It's a fantastic platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are occasionally sync issues between Bill and NetSuite, but it is usually a fairly easy fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It simplifies bill processing and automation also very easy which ultimately reduces human error.
Flexibility to make the payments is one more advantage of having a BILL and the platform is intuitive and easy to navigate, even for users with little accounting experience. The platform’s automation also reduces the risk of late payments or missing invoices, improving cash flow management.
It is easy to integrate/implement with Intacct as well.
Customer support is also very good and they respond early with an accurate solution.

The basic AR is fine if you have clients who are set up. But be careful because if your client enters a detail incorrectly, it will stay on their record for you, even if you have entered it correctly on your side and you are connected through the Bill network — which is a crazy fault. The AP platform is full of known bugs that can make it inoperable. I spent hours on calls and interacting with their (useless) bot. After telling me and my vendor that we were both incorrectly set up on the platform (we weren't), they eventually said the problem was actually a known bug in their system. Many hours lost. I also tried the free trial and got charged for it, which is a whole other story. Switched to Melio and was set up and running in ten mins! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is incredibly easy to get started and the tool is intuitive. I think it is wonderful that it houses all the related files associated with the bills and reimbursements. This makes it very easy to get through audits quickly. The best part of bill.com is their support. Every time I call them with questions or issues to resolve, their staff is incredibly helpful, thorough and ensures everything is completed and resolved. I have never had a bad experience. We have more than one entity and bill.com has it seperated so it doesn't seamlessly work for all buildings together. Also as an admin it would be nice to be able to approve and enter under the same account as opposed to logging into different accounts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

BILL is a user-friendly application and easy to-understand the process.
It serves as a good payment platform for vendor payments, allowing users to access details for active and inactive vendors anytime easily.

BILL is introducing many new features which is affecting to delay in vendor payments. Also now vendors are not getting connected to E-payment since they are using the same email ID for multiple network IDs. Before BILL was very good for vendor payments and there are no issues on the Connections.

Does not import invoices to QBO for bills, cancelling payments or voiding checks does not sync cleanly with QBO and we have to book manual entries each time that happens because bill.com overrides the original entry in QBO which could be in a prior accounting period.
