Not too much. It is one of my vendors that I am very happy with. If I had to have a suggestion, it would be on the savable templates. They are not editable in a way that streamlines our processes, so we generally have to create a brand new template or deal with the way its done. (add a line in the template at the top for alphabetical purposes vs. having to add at bottom). Also, I wish there were more customizable workflows. We have to manually select the workflows b/c we have many managers for similar invoices. I wish we could have workflow templates we could select vs. having to manually add approvers. Sometimes while processing bills, it suddenly starts performing very slowly, and it has very limited customization options, which will hinder its performance while processing bills and invoices. It is easy to add new entities efficiently process payments, and the system seamlessly integrates with NetSuite. Once you get past the initial learning stages, the software is a beneficial tool. We have been having issues with the bridge connection since day 1 for QBD, but our Stampli team has been helpful in listening to our issues. I also dislike the chat feature, at first it was great and really helpful but now I am finding it easier to do the research myself or reach out to my own team. training ownership on payment release and how it works has been a bit rocky - when we use the pay outside of stampli feature its caused some confuision. - user error mostly

The best part about Stampli is it makes AP processing 100000% easier! No more mundane data entry of hundreds of invoices on a daily basis, and it also catches possible human errors! The only caveat to Stampli is waiting on the answers from Customer service when there is an issue. While we appreciate their busy busy schedule, it is more so on the User end (us) that just wants a quick answer and/or solve, so we can move on to the next processing steps..Other than that SMALL hold up, Stampli proves to be an extremely useful tool in the AP processing world! I really appreciate how Stampli streamlines the invoice approval process. The platform’s user-friendly interface makes it easy to track and approve invoices quickly. I wish there was a way for there to be a rule that if the books for the month that an invoice was posted to were closed than it automatically changes the posting date to the earliest passable, ensuring that there will not be an export problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Stampli provides a full cycle AP solution that gives us instant access to our invoices at every state of the AP cycle. We're no longer hunting down invoice copies or emailing, calling, or running to offices for invoice approvals. We're no longer dropping a stack of checks to be signed on anyone's desk on a Friday afternoon. Implementation was incredibly fast and our team was up and running after a single hour training session. Customer support is available within the app and our dedicated specialist is very responsive. We use a very dated ERP system that requires us to use CSV imports and exports rather than an API. Sometimes the imports into our ERP fail and it can be difficult to trouble shoot sometimes. Stampli provides great a solutions to manage your billing/approvals. They have provided us with execellent customer support. They are always avaliable to help implement or trouble shoot any issues you run into. They are extremly professional and thier service is top notch.
