It keeps everyting in one place, support is helpful when ever I have needed them. I use Okta many times throught the day because that is where my company info recides. I do like the features it offers. When it comes to the phone app as well as the desktop version. The ease of implementation was very good and when my company put it all together for us we like it. All and all we like it, it makes it very easy to find all our apps in one place and access all at one time throughout the day. Instead of looking and logign in to a differ app on the side every time (We have 7 app we log into every day at work) keeping it all in one place and secure makes a huge difference! The part that I don' like is that many times when I want to log into my dashboard I have to have a code and the code some times doesn't work as well the timeing is off form time to time and I have to do it a ocuple of times. Othar than that it is ok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It offers a highly reliable and user-friendly interface for identify and access management. The SSO feature make it easy to access multiple application and which has improved productivity. Its integration capabilities are best no matter if it is cloud or on premise systems. MFA and lifecycle management is also one of the key feature which strengthen the security posture. Didn't came across any such problem while using it. But it will be great if we can make initial setup more simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

From a user standpoint, I don't see any negative things. I mainly use it for logins and it's one-click login feature have always worked for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Having used Okta in an enterprise environment for over a year, I can confidently say it's one of the best tools out there for identity and access management. It has transformed the way our company handles user authentication, security, and application access.
My personal favorite is how Single Sign-On (SSO) just works consistently and seamlessly across all our cloud applications. I sign in once and have secure access to all that I need to perform my job without having to remember numerous passwords or go through repetitive sign-on rituals.
Multifactor authentication (MFA) is extremely helpful and easy to use. It adds a crucial extra layer of security, especially for remote access, and is suitable for both desktop environments and mobile devices. That the access can also be controlled by user role and group also offers our IT staff excellent control without complicating the user experience.
Security, scalability, and ease of use are the biggest benefits. Okta has allowed us to put strict access controls in place without hindering productivity. It also simplifies onboarding and offboarding — new employees have instant access to the software they need, and we can simply cut off access for departing employees. The admin interface can be a bit overwhelming and cluttered. While feature-rich, it's not always immediately obvious, especially when dealing with complex configurations or custom app integrations. Furthermore, the initial configuration required more guidance and documentation than expected.
Some things that should be a standard feature, like certain reporting functionality or more robust provisioning workflows, are locked behind higher-tier plans. This limits what smaller teams or organizations can achieve without additional cost.
The pricing scheme can get expensive quite fast, especially if you need more features or integrations. Furthermore, occasional sync issues with third-party applications can cause delays or access errors that must be fixed by hand. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Okta helps in enabling the best features for the enterprise grade security with Identity Threat Protection, SSO, Privileged Access and MFA that helped our Org Improve security. It also includes developer friendly API that helps wide range of Integrations.

What people like best about Okta is that it makes it easy and secure to log into all our work apps with just one username and password. It's like having one master key for everything, which saves time and keeps oour accounts safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Only dislike about okta is, its pricing can get expensive, especially for smaller businesses or if you need many advanced features, making it less affordable for everyone Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Okta streamlines my work by providing secure and easy access to multiple applications with Single Sign-On (SSO), simplifying user management, and enhancing security with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). It saves time, reduces password fatigue, and ensures my accounts are protected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find Okta a bit frustrating because it can sometimes be slow to sync or update access permissions, and the multi-step login process feels a bit tedious. It also occasionally causes issues with third-party app integrations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like about Okta is that it's really simple and reliable. It really dumbs down signing into multiple platforms through a single sign on, it helps save time and lessens password fatigue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing I don't like it how pushy they are about opening a personal account. and the issue I had once I did sign up for a personal account was that at times OKTA couldn't differentiate between business account and my personal account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
