What do you like best about Nutshell?

I have used many CRMs over the years and Nutshell is by far the best. It stands out because not only does it have a very easy interface, it's also extremely easy to personalise to suit your business. Their customer service and support is by far the best out there, they have spend hours if not days with me over the past few years helping set up a suitable system that works for my various businesses. I wouldn't use any other CRM and often recommend them to clients and contacts. I have even set up a Franchise business and the CRM works for a franchise, so it really is the BEST! What do you dislike about Nutshell?

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

For 1 business it just keeps everything in line and running smoothly so I know where I am at with each and every order and the value etc. My franchise business it allows me to have full exposure whilst my franchisees have their own log in. What do you like best about Nutshell?

I've worked in different CRMs and Nutshell is definetly the easiest to use. I use Nutshell daily for both lead management and customer tracking. We also use the Marketing function for email blasts and their builder is really easy to use and produces great looking emails. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

On the rare occation that I do need assistance (beyond their help articles) I have not been able to find a phone number to call for live support. They do have a chat box but it typically takes a day to get a response. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Nutshell solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of our leads, customers, and marketing can live in one place. We are able to communicate and set reminders for each other. Don't need to send an email "reach out to this customer", just make a task for them in Nutshell for them to complete. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell forms, scheduler, & Visitor IQ are amazing. Not to mention the entire lead tracking and reporting functions. Visitor IQ is giving us so much insight into our website use and helping us tailor our SEO efforts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

We were really excited about integrating the Nutshell Chat feature to our website, but we were unable to make it give us push notifications on our phones, which meant we had to go back to our old website chat company. I'll be excited to see any updates to the chat feature to improve the useability of it, as that is the last remaining place we can generate leads outside of Nutshell. It will be great to have all of our leads tie together in nutshell.

Visitor IQ has been super helpful at giving us insights into our website usage, but 75% of the actual contacts we add from it using our credits are outdated/unusable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell is a very straight forward, user friendly CRM software. It has multiple features that make tracking leads simple, helping prevent warm leads from getting lost in the shuffle. Simple features, like tagging a coworker in a customer note with the @ symbol are so convenient and support a fast-paced office environment. Creating tasks for myself and other team members aides in keeping the communication flowing when team members are in and out of the office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

Minute details in the customer's name can be a little frustrating. For example, if someone enter a customer's company name as St. Paul, you won't find them if you search Saint Paul or Pooh's Corner vs Poohs Corner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team is small and when one person is not in the office things can easily be overlooked by coworkers. Nutshell helps us store all important information, customer details, and tasks in one place. What do you like best about Nutshell?

What I appreciate most about Nutshell is its user-friendly interface that makes onboarding new team members easy and ensures a clear overview of the sales pipeline. The reporting is clean, the automations are helpful, and integrations with tools like Google Workspace and Mailchimp work seamlessly. At times, we’d like more flexibility in customizing reports and filters, especially for more advanced analytics needs. Additionally, some parts of the interface are not fully localized, which can be a barrier for teams not working in English. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nutshell helps us centralize all our sales and customer interactions in one place, which significantly reduces communication gaps between team members. What do you like best about Nutshell?

Nutshell syncs almost seamlessly with my email and calendar and has a feature that enables users to make calls right from it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

On the mobile version of Nutshell calls always forwards me to my cell phone dialer instead of making the calls right on the app. I would really appreciate if this is improved in the next update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

What I like best about Nutshell is how clean and intuitive the interface is — it’s easy to onboard new team members without a huge learning curve. The pipeline and reporting tools are super helpful for tracking deals at every stage, and the integrations (especially with email and calendars) make staying organized effortless. While Nutshell does a lot of things well, I wish there were more customization options for quotes and email templates — especially when it comes to formatting and branding. Also, deeper integrations with third-party tools (like some accounting or shipping platforms) would make it even more powerful. What do you like best about Nutshell?

The dashboard is my favorite feature. I appreciate being able to view a lot of important details in one place. I rely heavily on the quick access to activities and tasks. I like being able to have multiple leads tied to one company and multiple people tied to a company as well. I came from an industry specific B2C CRM that was VERY different. At first I wasn't sure I liked Nutshell, but after using it more I appreciate the features and functions that better fit my B2B work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

I'd like to be able to delay or schedule tasks that aren't tied to a specific schedule in the pipeline. It's not always obvious how to do what I need to do. If you're looking to schedule an activity or task that isn't tied to your pipeline automation, you can do so by clicking the "+" button in the top menu and selecting Activity or Task. To delay the activity or task, just select it from your dashboard, click "Edit," and change the due date.

What do you like best about Nutshell?

Let me beging by saying how easy it was to get started with Nutshell. My business partner and I had been bootstrapping multiple platforms together to get our business off the ground. No real integrations, alot of manual inputs and disjointed data was hampering our ability to get our marketing, lead generation and account management communications in sync. I came accross Nutshell doing a routine search and was very quickly connected with their sales team and completed a 45 minute demo. Right away I was able to review their per seat pricing and realize a significant savings by consolidating some of the isolated platforms we were using since Nutshell had those features inbedded in their software. We were impressed with the onboarding process and within 1 month I was able to create new leads, import my marketing and lead generation email lists and create effective broadcasts to get our message out to prospective clients. We did hit a few snags but nothing out of the ordinary and their onboarding and help desk team coupled with their FAQ and AI generated support has been extremely helpful. If I need to contact a live support team member they have been responsive and friendly, willing to work until a resolution is found. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

As with all software, one size does not necessarily fit all and there are some improvements that can be made to fit the work flow of our MSP. With that said, the Nutshell support team has invited constructive input for new features and at times have been able to show me work arounds to accomplish what I need to make the application work for me. Nutshell is bringing Marketing and Lead Generation coupled with multiple communication platforms to help us get our business message out to perpsective clients. The application is also helping me track deals on leads, reminders and follow up tasks and a pipeline that is quick to reveal priorities, potential opportunities and real time analytics with our sales performance. What do you like best about Nutshell?

I have worked with many CRMs over the years and this was very easy to walk through and learn more about. I love the fact that I can import file to have companies and contacts uploaded. They answer your questions quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Nutshell?

The only thing I found is when you make an activity on one screen it won't close out your activity on the dashboard you have to go through the dashboard activity to close it. That is minor for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
