What do you like best about WordPress.com?

I have been using WordPress for close to 7 years now. That's when I had launched my travel blog "Travels With Passion". I first tried their free version for few weeks and then moved to their Business Plan. Since then my blog has progressed in leaps and bounds and today has large number of subscribers from around the world. What I love most is their technical support which is just outstanding. WordPress is an incredibly easy to use and versatile platform that allows myself and other PTSEM members to build and update sites very easily. At Princeton Theological Seminary, we use WordPress to manage and publish content on our main website, thanks to its user-friendly interface. I also am in the process of building out content from a lot of our subsites, which is made way easier through WordPress's extensive use of templates and plugins.
