There is not much about PayPal that I don't like, but if one thing could be improved I would say it would be the customer service. Sometimes customer support can be a bit slow to reach, especially when dealing with disputes. I've also noticed that the fees for sending money or receiving money can add up overtime. We appreciate the ease of use for the invoice services through PayPal, and that PayPal accepts all forms of payments from our clients.
