What do you like best about Dialpad Connect?

What I like the most is the ability to go back and read voicemails or read transcripts from calls. I also enjoy getting to use it on both my work laptop and through the app on my cell phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Dialpad Support?

I've been using Dialpad for a while now, and I have to say their customer support is absolutely outstanding! Every time I reach out, they are always available with no wait time, which is a rare find these days. Whether I contact them via chat, phone, or email, I am always greeted by a knowledgeable and friendly support agent who genuinely wants to help.

What really sets Dialpad apart is how proactive their support team is. Instead of just giving generic responses or scripted troubleshooting steps, they actually go into my account, investigate the issue firsthand, and guide me through the fix. This level of hands-on support makes the process so much easier and efficient.

On top of that, they don’t just stop at fixing the immediate issue—they actually follow up! I’ve had multiple instances where a support agent called me back just to make sure everything was working smoothly, which shows they truly care about customer satisfaction.

We are extremely excited to be able to gather valuable data with the Dialpad support insights/analytics. Now we can monitor all our agents and contact centers with an easy click of a button. Feature rich VoIP solution for our business. It is very easy to manage online and can access phone and messaging features from anywhere - desk phone, cell phone, laptop. Been using Dialpad for a few years now for both VoIP and conference call solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

Started nickel and diming for text messages. Constantly getting charged a minimum of $1.50 a month even in months we don't use messaging. Other services do not charge for this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are many things to like about this service, such as:

1. Ability to use existing employee's phones, tablets and computers to leverage this service.

2. Apps for iOS, Android and Windows environments.

3. User customization for ringing unique phone lines and tweaking the interface based on personal preferences.

4. Near-real time textual dictation and display of live voice calls.

5. AI-generated summary of voice calls for quick references.

6. Admin's ability to view call metrics of the various phone lines assigned to team members.

7. Lots of flexibility to support voice, texting and even fax communications for the business with customers, along with a single integrated platform for everything. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dialpad Connect?

While there are many great features for this service, it does require quite a bit of a learning curve for the Admin to take in to become fully proficient with everything. It also takes some time to work with and train the users to ensure they have a full grasp on the capabilities and know how to use it for maximizing utility of it within the business unit. One of the key user preferences to receive notifications appears to be hidden deep in the app's UI -- that made it difficult to diagnose an issue that one of our users was having. I loved the Dialpad has a clean and modern interface. Even if you're not a tech wizard, you’ll find your way around quickly. The call quality is top-notch. Whether it's a team meeting or a client call, it delivers clarity. It works seamlessly on phones, desktops, and even through a browser. The transcription and note-taking features are amazing.

Dialpad needs to slve the lagging issue, sometimes the call is disconnected however it takes time.

We have still not found a workaround of beating the duplicacy in calls.

The connection between the phone app, computer app and IP phones allows for seamless integration of the phone in our companies day to day operations. Being able to look back at phone calls a see the highlights and objectives is really helpful to my employees. It is a great addition to our communications with our customers.
