"Magic wand for all type of enrichment"
What do you like best about Clay?

It's amazing how Clay could gather so many data sources under one roof! Its capabilities extend far beyond mere enrichment, venturing into the realms of imagination and innovation.

This tool is a masterful blend of technical sophistication and friendly design.

Separately I would like to highlight the work of the Clay Support Team - one of the most responsive and helpful Support teams I ever encountered, and I've seen a lot. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

There's nothing I dislike. Well, sometimes it might be hard to write the prompt to the Clay agent on the first try, but that's more of the user issue, not Clay's. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

"Powerful tool for outbound sales experts"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay is a really powerful tool, it lets me bring in data from so many providers into one workflow without needing to subscribe to all of them. The credit system is really straightforward. Also the types of data we can access are really unique and allow our team to do better quality, more relevant outreach. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

It can be a bit difficult to get started with and learn all the functionality + nuances. It's also still a new product so sometimes there can be bugs or things run slowly - but that's to be expected as an early adopter of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Makes my job easier...but not always"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay allows me to be able to reach hundreds and thousands of targets for my clients, and seems to be pretty accurate with the information it gives me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

It's not always very user-friendly. I have needed help on actions that should, simply put, be a lot easier to navigate and implement. In short, it feels like you need to be a spreadsheet expert to get the full worth of your investment, and it shouldn't be that way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best tool for building smart lists"
What do you like best about Clay?

AI and scraping capabilities make it very easy to build smart lists that replace a lot of manual work for us. very easy to learn, but even when I had questions the team immediately answered via the support chat. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

It'd be nice to see the value of the list, i.e. how much we spent on generating the list by using the credits, especially for agency work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Next level enrichments and data control"
What do you like best about Clay?

Escape the humdrum cookie-cutter data sourcing, intent and enrichment flows offered by so many out-of-the-box tools (that everyone else is using) and build your own. We can build virtually anything in here and it's deeply contextualized to our business and use case.

Calling APIs when their already broad catalogue of enrichments isn't enough is just the icing on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

It takes some planning to work out the ideal architecture for your flows, but it's worth the investment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent Product with some amazing features"
What do you like best about Clay?

Using Clay brings forth unparalleled advantages. One of its standout features is the capability to source profiles directly from LinkedIn with ease. Additionally, its ability to extract and present contact details, including email IDs, in a highly structured manner is truly commendable. I must extend my appreciation to the team for designing such a comprehensive and impressive tool. It undeniably proves to be a game-changer, especially in lead generation and recruiting. With such features, the upsides of Clay are clear, and I remain optimistic about its lasting utility and the significant success it will achieve in the coming years Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

While Clay has already set a high bar with its features, my expectations keep growing. I'm eagerly looking forward to even more enhanced capabilities in the future. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Revolutionary"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay helps me with every aspect of my cold outbound. The targeting, scraping, and creating personalization are all done within clay.

Clay makes it easy to use your integration and the customer support is phenomenal. I made a mistake and spent too many clay credits. After sending the team a quick Slack message they refunded all those credits without asking any questions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

The only thing I dislike about Clay is that I run out of credits sometimes but other than that I'm very happy with the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clay is the best prospecting tool on the market!"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay makes it easy to get data that you can actually use. Instead of having to take 2-3 hours to actually learn the tool, you can get actual insights in a matter of minutes. They've also built the most active and responsive community support Slack workspace I've ever seen. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

I think the product can naturally look intimidating to fresh eyes. Just like the first time you look at a spreadsheet software like Microsoft Excel, it can be tough to want to start. However, solely embracing the features and reading the onboarding directions will teach you enough to get the information you're needing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing tool for lead discovery, enrichment, and demand gen efforts!"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay is intuitive and has one of the most comprehensive data sets that I've come across for identifying and enriching prospect and customer lists. I also really enjoy the ability to use custom logic to enhance the data sets and maximize the use of it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

The only downside I have found so far using Clay is that some of the data services use a significant amount of credits. This can be offset by educating your team on how to use the platform strategically and buliding out the proper logic. So there is a learning curve in order to maximize ROI.
