"Single BEST tool for Outreach & for a Social Media Influencer at that!"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay's support team through Slack is some of the best and quickest when we had questions about our use case that is niche specific for brand partnerships on the social media influencing side. My team has been so impressed with the up to date features and advancements that continually get added, along with the easy to learn videos to quickly get up to speed. The level of detail and ability to utilize so many different tools and integrations without needing to get 100 different subscriptions is worth its weight in gold! What do you dislike about Clay?

Nothing major comes to mind at all when it comes to Clay.com! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Why Clay? Imagine Google Sheets, But Way More."
What do you like best about Clay?

As someone deeply entrenched in the B2B marketing space, I can't overstate the significance of precise, actionable data. In the cluttered digital landscape where low-value content is the villain, Clay stands out as a hero for any team focused on outbound campaigns.

We've all been there—slogging through spreadsheets, manually integrating APIs, and cross-referencing LinkedIn for lead data. Clay takes all these tasks and supercharges them. It's like giving your Google Sheets a jet pack and a data science degree. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

While Clay is undoubtedly a powerful tool, there are areas where it could improve. Data import into existing databases is less seamless than it could be, with the usual effort of merging data and handling duplicates.

Additionally, if you're looking to find textual similarities or execute complex categorization, you might find Clay lacking in this department. It's a feature that could exponentially increase Clay's utility, especially for companies that require nuanced segmentation of their leads or clients. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"New favorite sales tool"
What do you like best about Clay?

Having workin in software sales for almost 10 years, Clay is the biggest improvemnet in tools I have seen to date. It can find and qualify leads, resaerch those leads and account, and craft personalized messaging all automatically. The product gives the user a ton of control and power to fit Clay to their particular needs. Clay also have a great community and puts out a ton of training content to learn how to use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

There can be a bit of a learning curve to Clay. It has many capabilities and integrations that require a lot of trial and error to get right. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Powerful yet intuitive, great integrations and probably the most important ... fantastic support"
What do you like best about Clay?

Powerful but easy to learn and understand

Lots of great integrations (enrichments) that allow you integrate many disparate data sources into 1 workflow

Nice UI / UX ... generally "stuff is where you would expect it to be" (harder to achieve than you think) .. which makes using the tool a pleasure

A great library of "How to Guides" done with loom that walk you through the process

And last but probaly the most important, really, really, really great support from the whole team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

Their documenation and userguides are sometimes out of date vs the UX of the tool

User guides / documentation are hard to navigate Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clay is the best outbound GTM product on the market hands down"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay solves the biggest outbound problem in the last 10 years: the quality of your list relative to the time and cost required to build it.

Your list is your strategy - but before Clay, companies had several bad options to build lists:

- Buy stale/inaccurate/exorbitantly expensive data from vendors like Zoominfo

- Hire a slow, expensive, and annoying VA. More time and money goes into managing them than doing the work yourself.

- Live in Google Sheets all day building the list manually. Slow, tedious, frustrating work. Hard to generate enough prospects to fill the pipeline, even if they are targeted prospects.

Clay enables insanely targeted prospecting at scale. Skilled users can build their dream list with a fraction of the time and money historically required.

I can finally unlock my prospecting brain at scale like never before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

Nothing. Clay is a dream come true for anyone running the outbound motion. It has a bit of a learning curve, but once you get the hang of things, it's a home run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clay's superpowers keep growing!"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay makes it possible (and even easy) to test wacky, highly-personalized outbound email ideas when it was simply prohibitively difficult and expensive before.

Why it's easy with them:

- Instead of buying individual data providers and testing them, Clay offers dozens of data providers you can test using their pay-as-you-go credit system. I discover new providers often.

- Once data is pulled in, you can use ChatGPT and formulas to filter/sort/wrangle the data into tokens usable in cold email. AI helps you come up with formulas quickly.

- They also have a fantastic (helpful, friendly) Slack community where both the Clay team and fellow users help you figure things out.

- Clay's superpowers keep growing. The product is continually improving; they really listen to their users and come up with creative innovations like Claygent that I wouldn't have thought to ask for, but will certainly use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

As expected with a growing product, there are sometimes bugs.

But overall the team is very on top of them and fixes them sometimes on the same day they're reported! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Greatest Outbound Tool in our Stack"
What do you like best about Clay?

The fact that we can bring in multiple data providers into one platform in order to automate our outbound workflows. We can enrich, scrape, and transform data easily within one platform and then put it straight into an outbound message or run it through Open AI to generate even better text.

Every person running outbound campaigns that wants to get pasy Hey {{first_name}} as their only personalization needs to be using Clay. This tool integrates with your whole stack and softwares that you would have to pay annual contracts for that you can just purchase on the platform.

I have yet to find a use case where SDRs were manually researching the same data over and over again that Clay hasn't been able to replace. We send 1 Million emails per month with data enriched on the platform. Highly recommend to those doing high volume sending and ABM style campaigns as well!

I use the tool every day and if my team runs into an issue, their customer support is the bomb! For those that just want to use it to waterfall email enrichment data, it's really easy to implement. A Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

Candidly, there is a learning curve to getting started which the team is always thinking about better ways to get users going on the platform. Take the dive and try it out though. It's worth the onboarding for your current company and your career. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"With Clay... amp. goes to 11"
What do you like best about Clay?

I could drone on about Clay's feature set and their breakneck pace of new releases that are either 100% aligned with us the users, or the unexpect ones (110% as a nod to Spinal Tap's amp).

However, what truly sets Clay apart is the team's ability to attract and retain superior talent.

That also directly influences the quality of the user base

Those two teams are cooking with gas on a daily basis in our Slack community making Sales awesome!

This cannot be replicated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

It causes sleep deprivation, either due to fear of missing out a feature drop, or because of Sales binging Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Prospecting AI revolution"
What do you like best about Clay?

We were able to reduce the time of prospect lists creation in few times thanks to AI based company scoring that we've set-up based on our needs.

We also see an increase in reply and interested rates thanks to mass personalization of our cold emails based on prospects Linkedin and Website data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

It's not easy to start using it for a full prospecting process from day 1 and requires some time to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Excellent tool for datacollection & outreach"
What do you like best about Clay?

It's the first tool in a long time that let's the user create and build data collection in a easy and simple manner without having to learn programming skills etc.. It literally helps me to build a validated list of contacts with all the relevant information. I starting to learn what more I can do with it because there is much more... What do you dislike about Clay?

Nothing so far. I would not be able to mention anything at this point Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
