What do you like best about Make?

Make.com is a fantastic platform for building automations and no-code solutions. In our company, we often use it for creating prototypes of solutions that we later implement in native programming languages. The number of features it offers is astonishing—significantly more than most competitors. It's a dream tool for developers, as it allows deep customization and flexibility.

On top of that, Make is much more cost-effective compared to similar tools on the market, making it an attractive option for businesses of all sizes. Their support team is also excellent—responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful. For someone with a medium level of technical knowledge, the platform is very usable, but it truly shines when used by professionals with IT or programming experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

While Make has a lot of advantages, it does have a steeper learning curve compared to competitors, which could discourage beginners or non-technical users. Additionally, the AI for auto-generating automation workflows is not as advanced or intuitive as what some competitors provide. It's clear that this platform is geared more toward professional users rather than complete novices, which might limit its accessibility for broader audiences. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Make solving and how is that benefiting you?

Make is helping us automate complex workflows and streamline our business processes without requiring extensive coding. We use it to quickly build prototypes for solutions that can later be developed in native programming languages. This allows us to test ideas and iterate faster, saving time and resources.

By providing a vast range of integrations and customization options, Make enables us to connect multiple tools and systems seamlessly, which improves overall efficiency and reduces manual work. It's a perfect tool for professionals looking to create robust automations while maintaining flexibility and scalability in their solutions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Make?

- Cheaper than Zapier or n8n

- The UI, easy to see where the bugs occur

- The performance, almost never down. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

The creation and edition mode is painful. Really.

- Why did you rename as "Make" - any debugging is painful in Google as "make" is seen as a search term, not a brand

- No "free code" tool like in Zapier or n8n

- Debugging : my god, why can't I just pause, re-use a previous data set. This is so so painful.

- Warning messages are useless in the setup - we know that my step isn't complete ! I need to relaunch it cause my previous

- The formating is long

- I could go for long.... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
