I like how user friendly the software can be out of the box. Even from a developer perspective, they make it easy to create your ideas and plans. Salesforce is the best CRM around. It meets all the requirements in an efficient way for simple businesses, it is ready to use while in complex businesses it' provides various features like flow, report, and dashboard many more, I used Zoho CRM and Hubspot as compared to both Salesforce easy to use and we can learn from the trailhead with provides us all the knowledge related to salesforce also the demand of salesforce in IT industry is on BOOM. Probably its complexity and the steep learning curve of it. While it offers extensive features, navigagating and setting up especially for new users or small businesses/organizations.
