"Powerful tool covering tons of bases"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay is a highly powerful tool and the team is constantly improving it. They're frequently bringing in new data sources and providing additional functionality for teams to make the most of Clay for a variety of purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

There can be a learning curve with Clay. We have had some salespeople struggle to quickly get up to speed with the tool.

With how fast the team is moving, we had to redo a decent amount of work to make templates that we had built out functional again after they changed some tooling that rendered our old templates inoperable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

So far the only thing we have encountered is the limit on the number of columns we can have in a table (I believe it is 60) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy to build targeted lists"
What do you like best about Clay?

Easy to use to build lists - cuts down on a ton of time, and helps align sales and marketing after the same accounts. We're using it to test messaging and set meetings at scale. Also support is pretty great Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

Some integrations aren't super polished and requires a bit of refreshing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The best toolOur best ally for prospecting"
What do you like best about Clay?

hanks to Clay, our sales team is much more productive, and we have significantly increased our prospecting limit. The versatility and integration with tools are a great help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

It's a tool that can be a bit complex at first, but once you have it set up and understand how it works, it's wonderful! There's also a Slack channel to resolve any doubts, and it works wonders too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Clay?

Clay allows my team and I at Advocate to build predictable AI-led outbound machines. I wouldn't trade Clay for the world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

While Clay is an earlier product, there's nothing else like it. And, their team is so fast at taking feedback and improving the product. I'm blown away most weeks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Constantly evolving, endless capabilities"
What do you like best about Clay?

Clay is one of the more helpful tools I've ever used in prospecting. The use cases are truly endless, which makes it challenging to describe. It can pretty much replace, or streamline any of your current workflows - from lead sourcing to CRM uploads/exports, email writing, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

Given they are a newer platform, they don't quite have all of the onboarding resources baked out. So while it's not difficult to figure out on your own, you will need to be willing to dedicate some time to getting in the tool and playing around, or searching for your specific problem. "Clay is awesome for direct mail!!!!"
What do you like best about Clay?

I've only used the free version, but the Google Maps data is next level. It's also extremly easy to use right from the get go! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Clay?

Nothing at the moment. I guess if I had to complain... I wish it was all free, but then they wouldn't make any money. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
