What do you like best about Zoho Books?

What I like best about Zoho Books is how effortlessly it simplifies complex accounting tasks. From automated invoicing and payment reminders to real-time GST filing and clean financial reports—everything just flows smoothly. The interface is intuitive, so even non-accountants can use it without feeling lost. Plus, the automation features save me hours every week, which lets me focus more on strategy and less on manual work. It truly feels like Zoho Books was designed with the user in mind. What do you dislike about Zoho Books?

While Zoho Books is overall a fantastic platform, there are a few areas that could be improved. The biggest one for me is the limited customization in certain reports and templates—sometimes I wish I could tweak layouts or add specific fields more freely. Also, the learning curve can be a bit steep for beginners, especially when exploring advanced features like workflows or integrations. Lastly, while support is generally helpful, response times can be slower during peak hours. But none of these are deal-breakers, and the regular updates show that Zoho is actively listening to feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

I switched von Google Workdrive to Zoho One. The offer is just amazing. It was very easy to switch due to the migration tools, Zoho offers. And now we replaced much of our tool stack with tools from Zoho (like Bigin replaces Pipedrive, Books replaces our old accounting, Campaign replacing ActiveCampaign etc.) So Zoho is our daily driver for everything and with the Zoho One offer, it's really affordable. What do you dislike about Zoho One?

If you do not get support from India, e.g. when you are in LATAM and have support by a local partner, the quality of support is/can be much lower, as the partners are lacking the experience and direct contact to the development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho One provides an unmatched suite of integrated apps that allow us to run every part of our company—from CRM and billing to live chat, subscription management, and project tracking—under one roof. The ecosystem is robust, the apps talk to each other seamlessly, and the cost-to-value ratio is excellent. We particularly value the flexibility to customize modules, automate workflows, and access real-time insights that help us serve our customers better and scale efficiently. What do you dislike about Zoho One?

While Zoho One is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, especially when integrating multiple apps or creating complex automations. Some modules lack consistent UI/UX across the suite, and the occasional delay in support response times can slow down urgent implementations. More intuitive setup guides and faster live support would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho Books?

Zoho Books has an easy to use interface, across web and mobile apps. Transactions are easy to create, edit and send to customers, suppliers and other users. Portals are super helpful for our customers and suppliers to view their transactions with us, as well as add or update their details and add credit cards and/or direct debits. What do you dislike about Zoho Books?

Bank feeds are through Yodlee for Australian users - this can take up to a week to fetch new transactions, or, have to be manually refreshed with accounts protected by 2FA. This is an issue I have raised with our bank and Zoho, but seems to be taking longer than expected to resolve. This issue isn't the wort to have, just inconvenient at times. What do you like best about Zoho Books?

Zoho books offers a very straightforward approach with a friendly UI. They have excellent customer service and offer competitive pricing and a feature-rich platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho Books?

Zoho does not have a direct way to migrate from some platforms such as Intuit QuickBooks but you can still accomplish such migrations due to their thorough guides (and if you get stuck they have a team willing to assist). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. The level of customisation available in some modules is useful for adapting the system to different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?

The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
