What do you like best about Zoho Social?

Its always difficult an time consuming to log in different platforms to mange them and interact with our audience. Zoho Social makes it very easy to manage and interact with all of my networks under one roof and by single (not multiple) posts to all my networks.

Interactions, replies, and posts - ALL under one roof and in the palm of my hand when I am using the mobile app!

Because of the mobile app, I interact with my networks more often as it is so easy to use.

What do you like best about Zoho Social?

The interface is clean and intuitive—even our non-tech teams picked it up quickly.

Getting started was smooth. Most modules were plug-and-play with just a little onboarding.

We use it daily—for CRM, campaign tracking, automation, and reporting.It’s packed with tools. From sales to marketing to analytics, there’s something for every department.We were able connect Zoho with our existing tools (Google, WhatsApp, etc.) without much hassle.

What do you dislike about Zoho Social?

Though the platform was easy to pick up, we wish we had a little onboarding help. That is applicable only for paid I agree, but without a little push nothing goes far.

Customer support - we did not need it much, so I cannot comment on it just yet.

I do wish Zoho would fix some of the persistent posting errors. The scheduling glitches can get frustrating, and that’s one reason we didn’t opt for the Pro plan.
