Zoho Campaigns offers a great balance of features and usability, especially for small to mid-sized businesses. I really like the drag-and-drop email editor—it makes designing professional emails quick and intuitive. The automation workflows are powerful yet simple to configure, and the contact segmentation tools let us target the right audience effectively. Plus, the integration with other Zoho apps (like CRM and Forms) is seamless, which keeps all our marketing data connected and up to date Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Zoho Campaigns offers a lot of functionality for the price, the user interface can feel a bit clunky and outdated. Some features—like workflow automation and advanced segmentation—aren’t as intuitive as they could be, especially for first-time users. Occasionally, email deliverability can be inconsistent depending on the sender domain setup. Also, the reporting tools, while decent, lack deeper analytics compared to other platforms like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho Campaigns is a dependable tool with a sophisticated system ensuring that most of the emails deliver without spamming the domain. The workflows and automations are impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Email validation, and customized report generation stays as a challenge, but still very much capable of giving good information. Email Template builder also can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I switched von Google Workdrive to Zoho One. The offer is just amazing. It was very easy to switch due to the migration tools, Zoho offers. And now we replaced much of our tool stack with tools from Zoho (like Bigin replaces Pipedrive, Books replaces our old accounting, Campaign replacing ActiveCampaign etc.) So Zoho is our daily driver for everything and with the Zoho One offer, it's really affordable. If you do not get support from India, e.g. when you are in LATAM and have support by a local partner, the quality of support is/can be much lower, as the partners are lacking the experience and direct contact to the development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho One provides an unmatched suite of integrated apps that allow us to run every part of our company—from CRM and billing to live chat, subscription management, and project tracking—under one roof. The ecosystem is robust, the apps talk to each other seamlessly, and the cost-to-value ratio is excellent. We particularly value the flexibility to customize modules, automate workflows, and access real-time insights that help us serve our customers better and scale efficiently. While Zoho One is powerful, the learning curve can be steep, especially when integrating multiple apps or creating complex automations. Some modules lack consistent UI/UX across the suite, and the occasional delay in support response times can slow down urgent implementations. More intuitive setup guides and faster live support would go a long way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. It seems each tool has its own support team and tracking down an answer has been challenging. Sometimes there's chat support, sometimes not. Would like to have some consistency here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is really user friendly and has good data insights. The cost vs the benefits are great. I use it every month and it brings me a lot of value. Have used a market leader before, but it was not the same experience, this is better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't have a bad experience till date, so nothing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho One offers a comprehensive suite of tools that integrate well with each other, which is great for streamlining multiple business functions in one place. The level of customisation available in some modules is useful for adapting the system to different business needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The lead management process is frustrating for B2B companies. Zoho’s requirement to map a “Last Name” for all leads, even when only working with companies, leads to inefficient workarounds. As a B2B business, I source company details, not individual contacts, and Zoho's CRM doesn't provide a proper solution for mapping company information efficiently. The support process was also slow, and the workaround offered added more manual work, which defeats the purpose of using a CRM to streamline operations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The flexibility of Zoho's suite is fantastic, the price-point makes the Zoho One suite a no-brainer when compared with competitor tools. I love the Zoho Deluge programming language which essentially means if a function is not available in the GUI, it can be built using custom functions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho's support can be a little hit and miss. We are very fortunate to work closely with a Zoho partner, Ardento who have in-house Zoho specialists. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho One has all in one suite integration with other apps seamlessly, making it easy to manage everything from different app such as CRM, Accounting, Marketing and many other. It is efficient, User friendly and cost effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Zoho One meets all our needs perfectly and has been a seamless solution, Nothing to Dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Unified Platform: Zoho One bundles over 45 integrated apps into a single platform, allowing businesses to handle everything from customer relationship management (CRM) to finance, HR, and marketing in one place. This integration removes silos between departments and ensures seamless data flow across applications.
End-to-End Functionality: Whether you need tools for sales (Zoho CRM), email marketing (Zoho Campaigns), or invoicing (Zoho Books), Zoho One provides a wide variety of tools that are all designed to work together, making it a one-stop solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Navigating Multiple Apps: Since Zoho One integrates so many tools, navigating through them can feel disjointed at times. The interface may require users to switch between apps (even within the same platform), which can be less fluid than some competitors that offer a more consolidated experience.
