What do you like best about Zoho Campaigns?
Integration with the CRM and the complete Zoho suite of products. We were using another email marketing program for years until we decided we needed to know when our clients or prospects had received a campaign email as we reviewed their account in our CRM. The previous email marketing platform did not offer good integration solution and so we started looking elsewhere. Zoho has one of the best integrations.
Customizability is another great strength of Zoho as a suite of products, but this is true as well of Zoho campaigns. Their tools to connect to almost any other platform with native integration plugins, Zapier or webhooks is the best I have seen so far.
One more thing I would like to submit is the availability of the support team. It's really good to know that I can call anytime I have a question (Our subscription plan includes phone support). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Zoho Campaigns?
1) Having to get every email reviewed before activating a campaign. Sometimes I need to make last minute changes and need to send it quickly. I have had emails not reviewed for a couple of hours.
2) Having to create a clone of a workflow when making any little change to it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
