I like how simple it makes expense tracking and reimbursements.
It’s super helpful to be able to scan receipts on my phone and have the system automatically fill in the details. It saves a significant amount of time and reduces errors. I also like how easy it is to set spending limits for the team and get real-time reports, it helps us stay on budget and make quicker decisions. There are a lot of features, which is great, but it can be a little overwhelming at first. I was using Expensify for 8 months and I REALLY wanted that platform to work well, but I had continuous issues with the app and with customer support. I needed something to work immediately and took a chance with Zoho...and it worked with no issues. I've only used it for a short time, but it's been very useful and does exactly what it's supposed to do with no glitching. Zoho Expense's Start to Finish handling of business expenses is second to none. Whether you want to itemize and split an expense across many accounts, or just have a step 1-2-3 approach to Business expense reporting, Zoho Expense is one-and-done.

I would like to see the Expense Reports more customizable. The limited customization is good, but does not allow me to add the fields I need to present to our accounting team. Their mileage tracking is not quite as robust as our previous solution (expensify), it would be nice if we could enter multiple map points for a single trip instead of each trip being limited to two map points. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Forwarding the receipts and then having the autoscan input the info is great. I went over the limit and had to manually input the info but even that wasn't too bad. I like that I can take a photo of the slip in the app. So tired of losing receipts or having them stuffed in a zip lock bag with the year on them.

Zoho Expense is super easy to use on the go, especially with autoscan. Reimbursements for staff are easy to process and match with a couple of clicks, individual budgets are easy to setup and show users - ensuring everyone is on the same page. We have Expense integrated with Zoho Books, which is instantly synced and super easy to set up. Zoho is quick to respond and help out when we have any issues or feature requests.
