As a small business owner, tracking expenses formally and maintaining accounts was always a challenge - Used excels previously and shifting to zoho has been the best decision. Easy user interface, quick customer service, extensive features for efficient documentation (this was a refreshing change and I'm so content with the response time and quality)
It was also very easy for my employees to adapt and understand all the features which makes documentation very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Tried integrating it with Zoho Books for my accounting but that was not a smooth transition, might need to seek out their team for assistance but have not tried that yet. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Credit card integration for expense reconsolidation is not available to free customers. I am willing to pay for ansubscription but the minimum number of users is 3. This is confusing and not ideal for small business, many who don't have 3 people that need to access the expense report software Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
