I switched von Google Workdrive to Zoho One. The offer is just amazing. It was very easy to switch due to the migration tools, Zoho offers. And now we replaced much of our tool stack with tools from Zoho (like Bigin replaces Pipedrive, Books replaces our old accounting, Campaign replacing ActiveCampaign etc.) So Zoho is our daily driver for everything and with the Zoho One offer, it's really affordable. If you do not get support from India, e.g. when you are in LATAM and have support by a local partner, the quality of support is/can be much lower, as the partners are lacking the experience and direct contact to the development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It was not as complicated as i thought it was going to be, it was very concise and direct as well as the fact that it is highly customizable for asking the correct questions regarding specific uses to enhance the experience and help not only the company, but your own business, customer support is basically immediate or very fast which I like, and it was easy to sign in, use and implement for your specific needs. I like that Zoho One provides a myriad of software tools that replaces many of the tools I was paying for. And the Zoho One subscription is significantly less than the sum of the others. It's My CRM (replacing HubSpot); form/survey gen (replacing JotForm); campaign manager (replacing MailChimp); mailbox (replacing Outlook), an invoicing system (replacing Freshbooks), an electronic signature system (which I didn't have before) and recently found its social media hub (replacing Promo Republic). Seems like when I have a need, I simply check to see if Zoho One has it covered and more often than not, the answer is YES!! Plus the tools are integrated with each other so no need for Zapier. So many modules have similar capabilities but you have to go to a completely separate module to find the one that was necessary for that project. Using this tool from the last 2 years. I like the UI. It is very easy to use, secure and robust. We can get the feedback from the clients using this wonderful tool. We can customize the survey form according to the requirements using the templates available in the tool. It is very easy to integrate with Zoho CRM. Customer care always available and helpo you. Zoho projects is not as moden as it shoud be and has some missing features copared to like Monday.com or something. CRM was harder to setup.
