What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I love how the search feature can find an account with just a few letters or numbers. Excellent search feature. I love the smooth messenger and all the features it comes with including blocking reps from sending outside approved hours and it will give you a pop up and stop a text if you're sending a duplicate to the same person.

What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The new layout of and the sidebar are not exactly easy to understand for those not familiar with the program.

Customer management. I have big volume of customer data and it can be easily manageable in zoho CRM. There are custom field creation option and integration functionality available with majority of the platform. So it is a best choice for me. Their support is also top notch. Since the incorporation of Zoho CRM in our processes, we have seen better transparency for the leads that anybody in the organization is working upon. It has helped us reduce duplication of the efforts, enabled us in tracking the end-to-end sales cycle, performance tracking of the sales & marketing teams, centralized data management (which was fragmented earlier), visibility of opportunities of cross sell & up-sell, and a lot of other things. What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

In zoho crm managing the lads deals followups are very easy and the meeting feature integrated with the crm gets the best out of it that we dont need to depend on any other platform for the meeting we use crm to connect with our clients through zoho meetings and the crm is user friendly anyone can work on it by just having 1 day training. The customer support is also good they always try to help and the query resolved. And the ease of implementation is also simple as we have migrated from fresh sales.
