What do you like best about CloudTalk?

Just how easy it is to use, and very smooth too

I have been using it for a while now and cannot remember anytime that I had a issue with it, it uses the browser very nicely, with a click of button my App opens and quickly dials the number and when I am done, it uses the CRM to show me all information needed, just chefs kiss Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Frankly I cannot think of a very big downside, but yes there have been times when I have been shown wrong local time for the number that I am calling, mostly in NZ and Australia, now I do not know why that issues occurs but if fixed it would be better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

CloudTalk is making dialing number very easy and accessing the clients information even easier when integreted with CRM, like ZOHO

What do you like best about CloudTalk?

What I like most about CloudTalk is that it is very intuitive and saves a lot of time in day-to-day customer contact tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

What I don't like about CloudTalk is that sometimes the integrations don't work as well as they should, but nothing serious. In my case I also use Hubspot my company has this linking, when using the Cloudtalk from the app I get out because in theory there is another device using my account and is the automatic linking that exists with hubspot in my company, it is usually annoying because it takes me out of my account and I have to log in again, no big deal. CloudTalk makes my job a lot easier because everything is in one place and I don't have to search for numbers or data on other platforms. The website and Android app look nice and are easy to use. The dashboard and settings are well-organized, making it simple for anyone to manage, even if you're not tech-savvy. The drag-and-drop call routing works well once you learn it, and the Call Flow designer looks clear. CloudTalk's prices are good, giving you great phone features without spending too much money. The Call Flow designer guide is a bit scattered—adding a concise video walkthrough or structured tutorials would help new users get up to speed faster. What do you like best about CloudTalk?

I like definitely recording of each calls as the most, also statistic - you can see how many call you made per day. It is also easy to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about CloudTalk?

Support is not helpfull very often, never happened that each problem would be resolved for the first time, I had to write many times to get results. Also I have been waiting for over 2 months to resolve longlasting issue with tags (you tag your call but when you wanna see it in statistic and use filter tags don´t work cause this tag is not there - it is quite anoying). Easy access from any location.

Creating users and campaigns is very fast.

When needing customer support they make sure the issue is resolved.

I can see data that is valuable for the campaign and client.

We use this tool everyday monday to friday without any major downtime.
