What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

I love how the search feature can find an account with just a few letters or numbers. Excellent search feature. I love the smooth messenger and all the features it comes with including blocking reps from sending outside approved hours and it will give you a pop up and stop a text if you're sending a duplicate to the same person.

The new layout of and the sidebar are not exactly easy to understand for those not familiar with the program.

I find Zoho CRM’s interface a bit cluttered and outdated, which can make navigation feel clunky, especially for new users. The design lacks the sleek, modern look of competitors like Salesforce, and finding specific features often requires extra clicks. Connecting email, telephony, and other Zoho apps was nearly seamless, letting us centralize contacts, deals, and support without custom code.
