What do you like best about Instantly?

When it's working (which doesn't seem often), it's a great platform to send cold emails. Their warm-up process seems to keep the emails out of spam. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instantly?

I’ve been paying for the “done-for-you” email accounts and using Instantly to send cold emails, but unfortunately, it hasn’t worked most of the time. The email accounts stopped functioning, which means no emails are being sent — yet I’m still being charged.

Support has been incredibly slow and unhelpful. It takes 12+ hours to get a reply, and you’re stuck dealing with what seems to be AI bots rather than a real person. After nearly two weeks of no email activity, they've acknowledged the issue and said they needed to replace the inboxes and restart the warm-up process — which takes another 2–4 weeks. But even now, the new inboxes haven’t been set up.

Given how essential deliverability and uptime are for cold outreach, this level of support and system failure is unacceptable. I’d recommend choosing a platform with a more reliable infrastructure and responsive human support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

It's really expensive at the professional level. And the whole system is tuned for larger companies so it's often difficult to adapt for smaller companies. Their website forms also don't integrate well with Google Ads so you have to have a fully custom solution if you want to feed lead quality data back into Google Ads. Their customer service is average at best. As a small customer we don't have any dedicated support or manager. I have yet to find a help source that could actually help us use the system better. What do you like best about Constant Contact?

There are so many templates and the platform guides you beautifully through the process of creating emails to send to clients. The system integrates with my booking system (& website) which allows me to collect client information more easily. I don't use CC as often as perhaps I could, because I don't want to inundate my clients with emails, but this is arguably why I feel like it is a fairly expensive product for what I need. There are very few things I dislike about CC, it works really well for my needs, in many ways it over-provides for what I need & haven't taken advantage of all the features. I used to use another platform for mailshots to clients, but it wasn't offering templates or as user-friendly as system as CC. I was also reaching a threshold where I would have to pay. SOCi does a great job at helping me manage Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google Business for the 9 offices that I am over. It takes a lot of the work off my shoulders and allows me to allocate my time elsewhere. I love the AI tool that provides suggested replies for comments and reviews. Overall, SOCi was very simple to learn and implement in my daily routine. It is the first tab I open in the morning when I get to work, and the last one I close when I leave. What do you dislike about SOCi?

I am generally very happy with SOCi, but I do hope that more features will be added in the future. I would like to be able to schedule Facebook stories, make more intricate Instagram stories, and schedule more intricate LinkedIn posts, such as polls. I was very happy to see that we can now schedule PDF posts on LinkedIn! Another thing that I hope can improve is the tracking templates. What do you like best about Vista Social?

I liked that I can use just one tool for all my social media profiles, that it connects with Canva where my content designs are, and the report was very useful to show growth. It took just a quick tutorial to learn how it operates.

The inbox manager saves time over using Facebook, due to its all right there and no switching time. Replying to reviews I used to put off, but no more! I would prefer a video on DM automations, then I realised it was easy enough just to step through.

The quick report is so easy to understand and see where it's working. My team is able to talk about the content before posting (the advocacy section) and with all the profiles and generation of content here in one place, we are not wasting time downloading content from Canva and uploading it to Meta Business Suite and LinkedIn. We dont need to go to ChatGPT either, as rewriting AI is built in. So I think it will save us about two hours per week - plus help us not to miss important messages or comments. I’m currently using Brevo to handle contact form submissions from my WordPress site (https://fetishfurniture.org), where I build and sell handcrafted BDSM furniture. I connected it via Contact Form 7 and Brevo SMTP to ensure messages reach my inbox reliably.

Setup was easy, and delivery has been excellent so far — no missing emails or spam issues. I haven’t used their marketing tools yet, but for transactional use and responding to customer inquiries, Brevo has been dependable and easy to manage.

Brevo is solving a simple but critical problem for my business: making sure that customer messages sent through my website’s contact form actually reach me — and that I can reply through a reliable, authenticated email system. Before using Brevo, I had issues with contact form messages getting flagged as spam or not being delivered at all.

By routing Contact Form 7 submissions through Brevo’s SMTP and sender verification tools, I’ve been able to ensure every customer inquiry comes through cleanly. That directly benefits my business by helping me respond quickly to questions, build trust, and avoid losing potential orders due to broken communication.

Systeme is super easy to use. I have been creating online courses and downloadable resources for a while, and it was always a bit of a nightmare when it came to actually setting up the sales process and shop. With Systeme this takes a few simple clicks for it to work effortlessly. It even automatically suggests things like order bumps and marketing funnels. I realise now that I put off things like updating my site and creating new courses because my old platform was just so tricky to use - now Systeme makes this simple and I'm confident I'll be adding many more offers to my clients over the coming months and years. The migration from my old site to the Systeme was super-professional and efficient - and my allocated migration assistant (Nesrine) was always very patient with me and answered questions very quickly. What do you dislike about Systeme.io?

ALT Text descriptions: In my previous provider, ALT text was added once every time I uploaded an image to my site - then it was re-used every time I used the image somewhere else on my site. In Systeme, this needs to be manually added every time the image is used, so takes a bit of time (especially when course title tiles are re-used over various pages). I am hoping Systeme will prioritise fixing this as the EU Accessibility Directive comes into force in June 2025 and every website will have to have ALT text on all images. It would be especially good if any alt-text I have already written for an image gets automatically added to the file.

I have an automated email sequence with my current mailing list provider. This is copied over to Systeme but only for new subscribers. I have to wait for my current subscribers to finish the sequence with my old provder before fully switching to systeme. A bit complex and there is probably another workaroun - if I had time to create a whole new sequence, but this was a little frustrating. It manages a lot of posting, messaging, reports, etc. within the app and makes it pretty easy to cross-post across platforms, while also editing the individual platforms for length and assets. It has a lot of various functionalities and report building that can be helpful for the team. By being integrated with our CRM we can better identify people messaging through the platform vs having to go to each platform individually. Handles a lot of automation and the mobile app is decent. There are a number of things, like cover images on videos, video titles, and various image/asset things that can be a little fussy. What do you dislike about PostHog?

Though it is very well designed, the breadth of features means it takes some time to get familiar with and find your way through the platform.

Looker has a steep learning curve, especially for non-technical users or analysts new to LookML. The dependency on engineers or analytics engineers to maintain the modeling layer means it can be time-consuming to implement changes. We have had struggles with the session replay functionality, although this is likely due to our implementation as a component within another products main interface. What do you like best about Birdeye?

We love BirdEye because it allows us to view all of our online reviews in one location and allows us to respond seamlessly. We can also integrate with our Property Management software to send out review requests and surveys to see where we are excelling and where we need to improve. What do you dislike about Birdeye?

We have not seen a negative impact to using BirdEye, the only thing I wish is if there were more Support integrated with Google to verify some of our GMB pages, but this is definitely a Google Support issue and is not a fault of BirdEye. In recent weeks, our BirdEye rep has also been super helpful in connecting our GMB pages once we are able to get ownership of them which makes it seamless for us to respond to reviews!
