When a client favorites a property its great and it unlocks features that are really beneficial for them, but from my end I can not unlock those extra benefits for them. Chime's listings feature doesn't work as well as the MLS. When I input search criteria to set up for a client it always results in less properties than what i find on the MLS. It may be due to the difficulty of comniimg criteria or something else but I do not set my clients up on autoemails from chime for that reason. I still use my MLA for that. Customer Service is an issue. It can be difficult to get help on line or the phone. There is always a wait. And usually the person answering is very pleasant, but has answers only half the time. We are having Chime multiple issues, especially with the dialer.
1. Calls are not connecting to the agent's bridge number. The agent would only know there is a missed call from a lead through Chime notification but their phone did not ring at all.

2. Text messages not being received by leads
Recently, we lost so much business as text messages from and to the leads are not being received. The text message an agent sent through Chime would not go to the lead. And vice versa.
3. Property alerts/ Engagements
Lead keeps receiving incorrect listings even after the search criteria on the Engagement are set. Example no 55+ community but still leads would receive those listings.
4. Caller ID - No longer working
And there are a lot more tickets that aren't being resolved the fastest way possible Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
