Chime has both an app for agents to use as well as a standard website interface. It is user-friendly and their customer service is fantastic! They also continue to improve their features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Chime is easy to navigate and allows you to conveniently track all communication with your real estate clients. It also lets you send new listings directly from the website. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

Some background work needs to be done with the Chime team in order to make sure you have all the same categories to choose from (compared to the MLS) for your clients when it comes to real estate listings. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?

Chime is working to constantly improve its communication options (for instance, they recently added in the ability to send pictures in emails through their system), which goes a long way in making it the only website you need to go to in order to communicate with your clients.
