What do you like best about Lofty?

I love the AI features, the marketing drip campaigns, the scores, and suggestions for lead tags. The fact that it has a mobile platform is super helpful for when I am on the go. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I wish the mobile platform was as smooth and easy to navigate as the desktop version. Or at least have the items similarly organized. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

I am pretty technical. In CHime I can set up detailed smart plans (when a new lead comes in, I have voicemail drops, auto texts, alerts to my cell, etc). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Lofty?

Easy and fast, also the customer service and technical support is very good Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Lofty?

My only complaint is the app. In the message section, they do not put the most recent messages at the top. That means you have to scroll and scroll and scroll to find any new messages. It would be really helpful if they could fix that code to make the newest messages stay at the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Lofty solving and how is that benefiting you?

I don't really have any problems right now because they have answered any of my questions in the past. So I'm good for now, but I know if I need advice I can call them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
