AI can be wrong sometimes but that's something that we can go in and fix ourselves. When a seller tells AI they have a house they want to sell that's being used as a rental it's tell them we don't do those Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.


I like how it texts and emails clients the best! Another upside of it is that they keep me on schedule with my calls, texts, and emails to clients personalized with different plans! It's basically like an online personal assistant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike the price, it is a lot for me! I also don't like how the leads from my links go to everyone instead of just me when it's my link for my listing. I can't post directly from Chime to my Facebook or Instagram unless I have a business account on Facebook so that's really inconvenient too. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Chime is responsive, helpful, and truly wants you to succeed in using the platform. They will go to far lands trying to help find a solution, even if the solution is something you had originally.
2. Chime can get you leads like no other. Chime has the ability to connect to platforms to boost your lead capture, unlike any other site.
3. Chime's management capability of leads is superior to other platforms, though this is an instance where it can, if you're not careful, feel like you're being overwhelmed with choices.
4. Chime searches are very good once you get them to the point they're useful to the agent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Chime has so many options that, it can feel like going to baskin robbins and being overwhelmed with the multitude of options before you. Despite popular belief, more options don't, in fact, make you happier.

Chime was very easy to learn and I was able to get acclimated rather quickly after switching over from Follow Up Boss. One of the best things is that the dialer works really well, and it's affordable compared to options like mojo. For my business...with like 8 users and 6 dialer packages, including virtually unlimited calling and texting, I'm investing like half of what I could be with other CRM/Dialer packages. Smart plans can be pretty useful for automating certain repetitive tasks. The AI works pretty well at engaging. I can easily track my team's activities. Calls are recorded so you can revisit them. I wish that I could better "project manage" and better manage my transactions inside the system. It appears I will need to invest in yet another platform to do everything I really want to do...however...if I add SISU to my chime setup I think I could probably have everything I've wanted for a long time between 2 systems. The only thing that would be better is if it was all in one. I was looking at like over $2000/mo to do this with hubspot though...and I will be right around $1000/mo to do it with chime and sisu.
