The data that is stored in the system doesn't fuction properly (not all birthdays get added to the calendar). The marketing isn't effecient (I paid $200 to market a new listing through Chime and I never even posted the "New Listing" post, only once it went pending. Spent the entire ad budget on the Pending post rather than portions of the budgets going towards, new listing, sold, open house etc). It was a waste of money and cost me more time to set up manual ads after the fact. They only credited me $50 for this. It's not nearly as user friendly as other CRM's. It's very easy to inquire about an issue and get a few solutions within a relatively short time of requesting help from customer service. They've been a pleasure to chat with. Navigating Lofty has been pretty easy as the system is very user friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Enterprise version is extremely chaotic and difficult to manage. On top of that, Chime customer support is a joke. When they ported our virtual numbers into the Chime system, each had major issues. One was inoperable in one way or another for 6 full weeks. We also had inoperable numbers once we moved to a Team Instance account. It took several weeks for them to fix an issue with one of our IDX websites. We finally have the direct contact info for someone who CAN and WILL actually do what we need but it took 7 months to find them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When it comes to real estate management software, Chime CRM has proven to be an invaluable asset during my five-year tenure. I wholeheartedly recommend it to my fellow Realtors, thanks to its impressive automation features, such as SmartPlans and Text Templates, which have become essential components of my daily operations. Chime mobile app could benefit from some improvements in terms of user interface and design. Although it serves its purpose adequately, it lacks the sleekness and refinement of its desktop counterpart. Chime has a fully adaptable IDX site that allows for complete customization for just about any type of agent. I have created community pages for mine to really talk about the different areas and I am going to be putting in some pages that explain the different factors in purchasing homes. I also like that the dialer allows me to easily help me make all of my daily calls and add my notes. And even go back and listen to a recorded call so that I can stay more present in the calls. While chime had a great onboarding it would have been nice to have more best practices page and some kind of group to go over daily best practices. There are many great features that the program offers, it seems like for the cost of this CRM/IDX that some of these add-on features should be included in the standard bundle. Positives: It integrates with MLS, and numerous other online tools. It truly could be almost a one-stop shop if you spend the time learning it and integrating it with other tools we use. It's so robust, even with a systems background, it can be difficult to get features without learning it first. Not as intuitive as some platforms, but well-rounded system. I wish there were ways to generate reports with all the text for the standard AI interfaces. The goal being to be able to look at all the automated email/text verbiage in order to customize and sound more personal, without having to keep going in and out of screens (couldn't find multiple screen options to compare/contrast) to see how I can streamline some of the options available.
