Lofty allows me to get alerts when my client reviews a property. It also allows me to set alerts were I can approve the home before they view it on my clients who have very specific request Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Limitations on Lead relationships - we integrate with mailchimp for our audiences and there is no access to family members' emails through this connection so we are required to input another lead for family members. However, there is no connection between leads (no way to say "this lead is a family member of this other lead". You basically have to enter each individual as a lead if you want to be able to export multiple email addresses and then you are kindof doubling up your leads.
Website design limitations - as with any website builder, the templates and pages have limitations and some of the page modules are tricky to get to display like you want.
Team functionality - There are some short-comings in the way the teams function. Especially with regards to how to display other team members on team sites. Basically just another short-coming in the website builder department.
unable to use MY phone number for texts. Maybe this is universally a problem with software, but this would be a huge add. Very nice to have a record of text conversations in the CRM but difficult to go back and forth from CRM to phone texts. Nice that texts stay in the lead if they are moved to another agent but I have seen that the converstaions only transfer half when switching between an agent. Can see client messages but not those from previously assigned agents, so you only get half the conversation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I love how intuitive the features are for real estate agents. I do not have much experience with real estate as it is not my profession, but it is still straightforward to use, and the number of features is impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing is that I wish there were a page to obtain more information about a client on the website. For example, they can fill out the questionnaire before contacting us, but that only is available to answer after registering. I think a user should be able to fill it out later if they access their user profile. That way, if there are any updates or mistakes, they can add them in. So, while the questionnaire may include the more critical questions, they can also visit the complete set as a section in details, like if they have pets. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
