I was coming from what I thought was an industry leader and standard in real estate CRMs. Well Lofty is light years beyond the previous CRMs innate capabilities. The automatic listing pages created to the seamless ability to create pay per click ads is just so easy to use.

So many features - can sometimes get confusing to use in advanced ways. I also wish I could text from within Lofty using my own number vs. having to use a Lofty generated number that I don't own. Finally, I wish they would fix the issue with the Android mobile app that prevents caller ID on my cell phone from showing Lofty info.
