I come from a software background and one thing I always focus on is the UI and CHIME does a great job of keeping consitenecy in the interface and make everything so easy. Anyone coming from BoomTown, KVcore or Saleforce will have a nice breath of fresh air. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One thing that you guys can work on is the reporting features. I want to be able to run detailed reports on my leads similar to MailChimp but I am unable to do so with the state of the reporting on CHIME. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User interface is easy to navigate and website building is simple. It functions like most CRMs but has alot of back end videos to help do more with thte plaform that you cant find with other CRMs Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was difficult to cancel my lead spend when i needed to save. Eventually a solution was made and a refund was offered but this was offered after a month of waiting. Would be nice to have a one click cancel button that shuts it all off then support can contact you after to find out why or to "recover" the lose. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I dislike that Lofty is only customizable to an extent. The average individual can customize their website, however in order to do custom designs and marketing, you would need the help of a developer/designer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
