Impossible to get phone support. Chat support is okay but many issues I've had have not been dealt with.
Platform is US focused and being in Canada it would be nice to have the ability to customize. Even the client default country for the phone number is the US and it's annoying to change it each time.

Chime is good for touching every part of a lead. Documents can be uploaded, transactions can be followed, calls can be recorded, there is a mobile app that works pretty well in syncing up with the web based version, and texting and emailing can be done in the system. The dialer that Chime offers seems to still be in its infancy and does not measure up as opposed to other dialers. Numbers are very difficult to get recycled. And hopefully, e-signing capabilities coming later this year will make this program the most comprehensible product thereby streamlining the number of products needed to operate my business. This is a difficult question and happy to report that I have nothing to say here. I think there are some improvements to be made with regards to transaction management but I am told those are in the mix for the fture and are in development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not a fan of how it uses a different email address than what you've already branded with your people. I've tested sending emails and have found that because it's coming from an unfamiliar email address, my emails go into a junk/spam/promotions folder and are not going straight into their inboxes.
