Very little downside. I do wish there was a way a way to have more customization control from the lower access tiers on an enterprise package but that may just be company settings.. Also if tasks could be a filterable criteria such as filter by any lead that has outstanding calls in the cold pipeline and then navigate left and right on those leads. The package of programs is well integrated. the website design is a bit weak but virtually nobody cares about that, as the graphics are "OK". the CRM works well and it's VERY easy to automate processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customer service is abysmal. Every issue gets escalated and, at best, they're very defensive. I get the impression that the developers are all overseas (can't verify that). That would be OK if they would be responsive but they generally aren't. For example I asked them to check to see why I couldn't get their property searches to mirror the MLS so I could filter for rentability. They just can't do it but other IDX based systems can, easily. Chime has a really to use interface with a very small learning curve to get the basics done. Online documentation is very useful in filling in those gaps where it is not completely obvious what to do next. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My biggest gripe is the support. While finding most small issues is easy to do with online documentation, when it is something that requires help from a support agent getting a hold of someone or getting a quick resolution is near impossible. After months of waiting, I still have an unresolved issue which is annoying, but I am currently able to work around it and use the product without too many problems (at this time). Chime is always innovating and bringing new items to the table almost every month. I love seeing a CRM that is fluid and isn't stuck at the first iteration. I've used a few other CRM and I consider this as the best value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The transaction tab needs to be built out a little better. Since it's connected to the MLS, pulling some data into making CMA through Chime would be helpful in confirming tax record items. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What we like best about Chime... Well, without Chime we would fall short in nearly all aspects of our business. Chime is our central HUB to keep all of our clients and business orgainized. Chime has come along way since our sales team started using it in 2020. It is fairly expensive, but earns it's worth through all of the capabilities that come along with it.

Originally, when I signed up, I was promised a dedicated support person, shortly after signing up, Chime changed this and took away the dedicated person. We had to upgrade to a higher plan in order to get some of the things we were originally promised back. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
