While no one CRM, Realtor Support Software does it all, or have all the features most important to me. Chime Comes pretty close.
Great sorting for Contacts in database massive range of fields, from communications sent, opened, dates, notes are searchable now and so much more.
Transactions aren't perfect, but the thing that is awesome is setting up custom dates and then having tasks based on that date for example. -Photoshoot date, and then having task reminders for # of days before/and after.
Lead Gen -
Website easy to create and customize, unlimited landing pages with lots of customization, and auto tools for listings and other standard landing page types,

I could have gone on forever about the various things I love about Chime. The are some details that I wish they would change and hope they do in the future, but they are pretty minor issues overall.
CRM- wish you could search custom field dates without year, so you could create something like an anniversary date and still get reminders about it every year in the future. instead of creating work around.
Transactions- there are just task reminders- not auto communications - just a little more labor, but not terrible.
LeadGen- Some issues with customizing photos, sizes and names.
Wish their Homebot alternative was more comparable to homebot pricing so I can keep it all on one platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

While Lofty has training webinars and written presentations to help guide you in setting up their system, it would be helpful to have followup session (hands on your own site) to help rather than trying to understand webinar/written presentation on your own. The smart plans, marketing campiagns, and follow ups have changed my buisness forever and I am so gratful to have tools that have helped me soar passed other agents in my area. Salesforce is a platform that consistently outperforms in each of the four categories of search tools, CRM, email, and texting for an all-around positive experience. Two downsides in my opinion. If you build pictures and videos into the site it slows down drastically in my experience. I feel I have more on my site than many people do but there are others that have much more than I. From all the research I've done the slow painting and such seems to be on Chime's side. The other downside is a major item and that is support. Without good support, a good website can be limiting. I've waited weeks for answers on items that are not complex. I've had questions completely unanswered. I've had answers that are partial. It is unacceptable. Finding a phone number for support is buried in the site.
