What do you like best about Files.com?
Files.com has become mission critical for many of our production applications, and we have been using it successfully for years. Its very easy to use but, as they enhance the product, some useful and familiar features get obscured. Fore example, it is easy to set up a user account and grant them full access to a folder. If you want, however, to give them the rights to create and generate a sharing key, that is a separate step.
That being said, I appreciate and use the inbox features, upload notifications, sharing key expirations and other items heavily. We have software developers that have successfully integrated files.com folders into . Net applications and it just works, without issue, every time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Files.com?
I think there could be improvements made in the administrator features, especially doing things in bulk.
The documentation is also a little skimpy but customer support is first-rate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
