"Great solution and better pricing."

What do you like best about Files.com?

We came from a huge competitor as they kept raising prices. We have been using Files.com for over 2 years - it is a great multi-location solution that is affordable and easy to implement and use. Our users have been very happy with the share link ability. As an IT person I am pleased with their easy MFA implementation solution as well as their feature to delete based on age etc. We signed a 3 year deal to keep pricing locked in and have been happy. What do you dislike about Files.com?

They do nit have an indexable/searchable solution if you'd lie to put some searchable documents etc online for end users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Files.com?

We have been using Files.com for years for two clients, overall uptime for us has been 100% and integration to useability has also been superb. Tech support is always over helpful and above what I feel is the present industry standard. If you need remote, secure file storage this is a great option to consider. "Super fast cloud FTP"

What do you like best about Files.com?

we tested about 5 different cloud FTPs and files.com had much faster download and upload speeds. Plus they have a great user interface with a lot of features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

"Easy cloud hosted file transfers"

What do you like best about Files.com?

No more hosting FTP file servers, with moving this service to the cloud. The security aspect of files.com is great as well, adding in the MFA for sign in, as well as very detailed file and folder sharing permissions, including several child folders. We have never had any complaints from our users about accessing the system, downtimes, or issues sharing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

The admin menus can be difficult to navigate through at times. It would also be nice to copy and create with user settings. Being able to copy a current user setup, like a template, for new users, would be very beneficial and time saving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Files.com:

This was an easy implementation for our company, that also meets every security requirement that we were looking for. There are also highly customizable APIs, if you wish to go that route and custom design how the site appears for your users. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Files.com solving and how is that benefiting you?

Moving file storage and transfer to the cloud was a massive upgrade that we needed. Also, using MFA for access is basically a requirement for any business compliance now, so this was a great addition. Having several different folders and child folders created, then managing share permissions on a root folder or child folder basis has been incredible for our organization. Our previous on-prem system had several drawbacks and was more difficult for our users to access. Using Files.com solved all of those concerns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Files.com?

Files.com's platform is an easy way to set up clients with a secure file transfer methodology with a SOC2 compliant vendor. What I like best though, is the excellent customer service that they provide in a timely manner. Some clients need immediate attention and Files.com is always willing to help. What do you like best about Files.com?

I really enjoyed the idea of having a one-stop-shop for all my updates for my equipment. This makes software updates a breeze for all of my networking appliances well sending the through via FTP. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

The one thing I wish this product had was the ability to send via SFTP. This would allow me to update a tad bit faster but doesn't necessarily prevent me from using other options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I upload large files and the upload speeds can be pretty slow at times, max out at 2mb /sec isnt always ideal for 6+ gb video files Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
