What do you like best about Files.com?

I had come across issues with the homegrown option I was using due to growth in my company. It was apparent that a secure, cloud-first data transfer tool that could scale with our growth was badly needed.

With Files.com we could check both important boxes for secure and cloud-first. It helped improve our workflows through its out-of-the-box native integrations with Slack and SSO. These integrations also allowed Files.com to sit in our software toolchain and increased data visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

The main improvement/recommendation I can provide would be to expand with a more dedicated customer community. It would be a great resource to help us continue to grow in how we use Files.com. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search feature is difficult to use when you are searching for a particular file. It doesn't seem to pull up everything unless very specific with your search.

What do you like best about Files.com?

Connecting to your files.com site is easy and can be done from multiple FTP applications. This allows all of our external partners to communicate with ease. Account setup is easy, allowing for quick user provisioning and granting access to only the folders required. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Files.com?

The web interface takes a few attempts to find the right page initially. If the FTP/sftp connection details were stored on the main page, it would have been a much quicker setup for us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
