It solves the challenge of launching updates blindly by allowing us to A/B test variations and understand what truly improves performance. - Test case editor: I would be nice if we could edit "inline" without having to open the full edit popup, sometimes you just want to make a change on the title or update from Manual to Automated, and it takes a lot of time to do so through the pop up.

- Grouping of test cases into test suites: it lacks the concept of test suite, you can only create folders within a project, but it has several disadvantages, if you want one test cases to be part of two different tests suites, you have to duplicate it, which makes it a pain to maintain. Also, if you want to get statistics about a particular set of tests, you cant, since the dashboard makes its calculations base on all the test cases, without being able to discriminate based on folder (having test suites would be better)

- AI automation: Competitors like LambdaTest are ahead on AI features, Kane AI offers a platform for writing test cases in natural language and execute them, which can boost QA productivity, Browserstack lacks a feature like that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I've been using LambdaTest for about 6 months now, mainly for cross-browser and mobile device testing. It's been a reliable platform for ensuring consistent performance and UI behavior across various browsers and devices.

What I find most useful is the detailed request logs and how accurately the UI renders on different mobile devices, especially on both Android and iOS. It's helped me catch layout glitches and performance issues that would’ve been easy to miss without real device access.

On the flip side, ServiceNow App Engine can hit you in the wallet pretty hard once you start stacking on add-ons, and getting truly good at Flow Designer, scoped apps, and all the security quirks takes more than just a weekend hackathon—plus, when you load up on custom tables and integrations, the UI can feel sluggish, upgrades sometimes break your custom code, and if you’re not disciplined your scripting can turn into a tangled mess that’s a nightmare to maintain. It’s basically nailing the usual headaches of cobbling together approval processes, chasing down updates in ten different spreadsheets, and wrestling with one-off integrations. Hidden costs: Need to pay extra for: Add-ons like Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc. Customization and integration often require hiring Salesforce-certified consultants, which adds to costs

Hard for non-tech users to understand terminology (objects, Apex, flows, triggers) and navigate between Classic and Lightning interfaces.

Customising can be tough as it requires more ongoing maintenance, i.e we need dedicated salesforce team/admin to just keep things running.

There are very few downsides, but if I had to mention one, it would be the limited number of integrations with external tools compared to some competitors. Apidog helps us streamline our entire API lifecycle — from planning and designing endpoints to testing and documenting them. Overall i’m impressed with Upflowy, however I feel it’s UX & UI could be improved. I found myself at times looking for a specific function that was not grouped in a more obvious location or simple edits might take 1 step longer than expected. OutSystems' pricing can be prohibitive, especially for smaller businesses or individual developers. The base price often doesn't cover a full enterprise application, and costs are typically geared toward larger organizations, making it challenging for smaller applications to justify the expense.

while the large budget project can only afford the OutSystems technology.

Currently every business need their tech problem solution in minimum time. that's where the outsystems comes in picture. with business requirement we can develop a complete application ready for the deployment to the end users. it has functionality to do real time changes for the end users so that tech business don't need deployment for each small changes. The built in Co Pilot feature often doesn't work, and I have to use my personal Google Gemini pro account to help me to debug issues and decipher instructions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

So far I have built an Office Sign In and Out App and a Fire Register & Office Attendance App, which once they have been throroughly tested and deployed, will save the charity I work for circa £10k which would have been spent in contracting an external consultant. Only one dislike about convertful is that the free plan has its restrictions, allowing only 300 pageviews each month. I understand that there need to be some limits, but a slightly higher allowance would really benefit small website owners like myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Convertful makes it super easy for me to create a widgets and gather email subscribers without any coding. I don’t have to deal with coding or complicated setups. The widget forms are also avilable with plenty of customization, and I can decide when and where they pop up on my site. It also integrates easily with mailchimp, so I’m not left with extra tasks. Given that I only used the demo, I didn’t get to explore every feature in depth. That said, the reporting features seemed a bit limited compared to more established platforms. Power users may miss advanced filtering and analytics. Also, there’s no offline access, which could be a drawback for teams that occasionally work in low-connectivity environments. We haven't any major issues with the platform. The biggest hurdle has been onboarding non-engineers. While the platform itself is intuitive, the documentation is more geared toward engineering teams. Statsig solves two major problems for us: limited access to experimentation and slow iteration cycles. Before Statsig, only engineers could run A/B tests, which created bottlenecks and limited our ability to test ideas quickly. Now, cross-functional teammates — including product, design, and data — can confidently set up and interpret experiments, dramatically increasing our testing velocity. This has helped us make more informed decisions, reduce risk when shipping new features, and directly increase both signups and donations. I didn't face any issues using TestFirst, but it doesn't have Mac support and some of our applications require to be tested on MacOS, so it's a limitation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use Jira-integrated TestFirst and link all our testing tasks with respective test cases. That helped to identify the areas lacking coverage because of the well-organized structure in TestFirst. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There are some backend limitations and components lack reusability across applications, also its still lacking diversity in its components offering. Would be great to be able to import from other component libraries such as mui. Although integrations are quite useful, more complex cases will have you using js or python to access some services. Superblocks solves the need to write frontend components for small applications, saving a lot of dev time. Its also quite useful to integrate components into already built applications. As with anything Metadata api based in Salesforce the system has to work around the complexities of the SalesForce object architecture. The data dictionary does take us a long way to getting past this however. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives us exact visibility into our customers Salesforce Orgs and helps us find the inflection points for our implementations. One example is an implementation that was hung up for 3 days on a problem, within 15 minutes of connecting sonar we worked past it. Its a lifesaver as is Brad and Kevin from their team. Honestly, it's hard to find much to complain about. The pricing isn't cheap, but after seeing what goes into doing this well... (the operational overhead, the QA expertise, the infrastructure)...
