“User-Friendly Testing Platform with Quick Support and Room for Smarter AI”
What do you like best about VWO Testing?

VWO Testing is very intuitive and easy to use, even for non-technical users. We run experiments every two weeks, and the platform makes it easy to move fast without needing constant developer support. The visual editor is especially helpful for launching simple A/B tests quickly. The customer support is also excellent — they respond quickly and are proactive in resolving issues, which really helps keep our testing cycle on track. We also like how it integrates smoothly with our existing tech stack and how fast it is to get experiments up and running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about VWO Testing?

While the core testing functionality is strong, the AI-powered Copilot feature still feels a bit limited. It works well for basic text edits or simple UI changes, but struggles with more advanced modifications. For example, I recently tested a homepage hero image update and needed to align the headline text to the center of the page — something Copilot couldn't assist with. These kinds of design-specific tasks still require manual intervention. AI could be leveraged more effectively to handle layout or CSS-based changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is VWO Testing solving and how is that benefiting you?

VWO Testing helps us validate website changes with data rather than assumptions. It solves the challenge of launching updates blindly by allowing us to A/B test variations and understand what truly improves performance. This has helped us reduce the risk of implementing changes that don’t work and instead focus on optimizations that drive higher conversions. The platform also minimizes our dependency on developers for running tests, enabling the marketing team to independently run experiments and iterate faster. Overall, it's helping us make more confident, data-backed decisions while improving site performance and user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Comprehensive platform for QA teams”
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It offers a wide range of features that covers most of the desired features and integrations for a QA platform, like:

- ATest Management system that allows you either to maintain manual test suites as well as to integrate it with popular automation testing frameworks and get reports directly into Browserstack

- Integration with Jira, which provides traceability

- Real mobile devices to run tests on

- A customer support team available to teach about new or unknown features Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

- Test case editor: I would be nice if we could edit "inline" without having to open the full edit popup, sometimes you just want to make a change on the title or update from Manual to Automated, and it takes a lot of time to do so through the pop up.

- Grouping of test cases into test suites: it lacks the concept of test suite, you can only create folders within a project, but it has several disadvantages, if you want one test cases to be part of two different tests suites, you have to duplicate it, which makes it a pain to maintain. Also, if you want to get statistics about a particular set of tests, you cant, since the dashboard makes its calculations base on all the test cases, without being able to discriminate based on folder (having test suites would be better)

- AI automation: Competitors like LambdaTest are ahead on AI features, Kane AI offers a platform for writing test cases in natural language and execute them, which can boost QA productivity, Browserstack lacks a feature like that Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Great Tool for Cross-Browser & Mobile Device Testing!”
What do you like best about LambdaTest?

i came across lambatest when i needed a platform to test my app in multiple devices and i as a developer not able to get all the devices to carry every where so i go to know about it

it's very easy to use you just have to register and you'll get some session of 5 min in that time you can test your product on different devices

it's very easy to implement you just need to select the device OS and there version and your virtual device for testing is ready

i used it so many times like when ever there is a feature release Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about LambdaTest?

Time/usage limits can be restrictive at times Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is LambdaTest solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've been using LambdaTest for about 6 months now, mainly for cross-browser and mobile device testing. It's been a reliable platform for ensuring consistent performance and UI behavior across various browsers and devices.

What I find most useful is the detailed request logs and how accurately the UI renders on different mobile devices, especially on both Android and iOS. It's helped me catch layout glitches and performance issues that would’ve been easy to miss without real device access.

The real device testing feature is a standout for me—it provides a near-native experience and gives me confidence that what I’m shipping will work in real-world scenarios. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“An Outstanding experience”
What do you like best about ServiceNow App Engine?

What I appreciate most about ServiceNow App Engine is how it democratizes application development—turning complex process automation into something both “citizen developers” and seasoned engineers can tackle side by side. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about ServiceNow App Engine?

On the flip side, ServiceNow App Engine can hit you in the wallet pretty hard once you start stacking on add-ons, and getting truly good at Flow Designer, scoped apps, and all the security quirks takes more than just a weekend hackathon—plus, when you load up on custom tables and integrations, the UI can feel sluggish, upgrades sometimes break your custom code, and if you’re not disciplined your scripting can turn into a tangled mess that’s a nightmare to maintain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is ServiceNow App Engine solving and how is that benefiting you?

It’s basically nailing the usual headaches of cobbling together approval processes, chasing down updates in ten different spreadsheets, and wrestling with one-off integrations. Instead of manual hand-offs and shadow-IT apps, App Engine gives you a single low-code studio where you click together forms, workflows and integrations—so you can launch a new request or ticketing system in days, not months. “Agentic automation- Uipath”
What do you like best about UiPath Platform™ for Agentic Automation?

UiPath’s Agentic Automation platform marks a significant step forward in the evolution of automation, blending AI-powered agents with traditional RPA in a seamless and intelligent way. One standout feature I’ve particularly enjoyed working with is Maestro.

Maestro allows you to orchestrate multiple automations and AI workflows into a single, unified process. This is incredibly powerful for complex business scenarios where different bots or processes need to collaborate. With its intuitive, visual interface, Maestro makes it easy to connect, monitor, and manage these processes end-to-end. It essentially transforms siloed automations into cohesive, enterprise-level workflows.

What I appreciate most is the ability to scale and manage complex workflows without writing extensive custom code. It brings clarity to automation architecture and allows better visibility and control over how tasks are executed across departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“A good platform for building internal business tools”
What do you like best about Quickbase?

Quickbase’s flexibility and low-code environment make it easy to build custom apps and workflows without needing a full development team. I especially appreciate how quickly you can set up relational tables, automate tasks, and create reports. The permissions system is also solid, making it easy to control access based on user roles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quickbase?

The interface, while functional, can feel a bit dated compared to other modern SaaS tools. Also, building complex formulas or setting up advanced workflows sometimes requires more technical understanding than expected for a “no-code” platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quickbase solving and how is that benefiting you?

Quickbase helps us solve the problem of scattered, manual processes by providing a structured, unified platform to build custom workflows and databases. It has significantly reduced turnaround times for internal requests, improved visibility across departments, and enabled better tracking of data-driven tasks. By automating repetitive processes and centralizing data, we’ve increased operational efficiency and reduced dependency on third-party tools and email-based communication. “Valuable and useful but comes with it's own unique challenges”
What do you like best about Salesforce Platform?

Drag-and-drop interface: I can create apps, forms, workflows, and dashboards maybe more or less without much coding knowledge.

Automated workflows: I can automate business processes like approvals, notifications, or record updates using Flow Builder.

Custom objects and fields: I can adapt Salesforce exactly to the business neeeds.

Reusable components: UI components can be created and reused through Lightning App Builder.

Grows with your team: This enables users to build solutions without having to wait for the developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Platform?

Hidden costs: Need to pay extra for: Add-ons like Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc. Customization and integration often require hiring Salesforce-certified consultants, which adds to costs

Hard for non-tech users to understand terminology (objects, Apex, flows, triggers) and navigate between Classic and Lightning interfaces.

Note: if you are using large datasets - then system lag time is high.

Customising can be tough as it requires more ongoing maintenance, i.e we need dedicated salesforce team/admin to just keep things running.

There is a risk of functionality breaking during platform updates (which happen three times a year). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Platform solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesforce lightning is helping me boost productivity and makes our work [and life] easier by doing the followingg:

Manage Cases: Track, assign, and resolv customer service issues very efficiently.

Handle Contacts and Accounts: Maintain customer and company records and link them to related data.

Create Reports and Dashboards: Generate and visualize performance metrics, trends, and KPIs.

Collaborate via Chatter: Communicate with team members, share updates, and follow important records.

Store and Share Files: Upload documents and attach them to relevant records for easy access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Powerful and User-Friendly API Platform for Developers”
What do you like best about Apidog?

Apidog offers an all-in-one platform that beautifully combines API design, documentation, testing, and debugging. The user interface is clean and intuitive, making it easy to create and manage APIs efficiently. I especially love the ability to switch between different environments effortlessly and test endpoints directly with real-time responses. Collaboration features are also a huge plus — our team can work together seamlessly without switching tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Apidog?

There are very few downsides, but if I had to mention one, it would be the limited number of integrations with external tools compared to some competitors. Also, initial setup for beginners might require a short learning curve. However, the documentation is strong and helps bridge that gap quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Apidog solving and how is that benefiting you?

Apidog helps us streamline our entire API lifecycle — from planning and designing endpoints to testing and documenting them. Instead of juggling multiple tools, we now manage everything in one platform. This has significantly improved our team’s collaboration, reduced API errors, and sped up the development and debugging process. It has also helped us onboard new team members faster, thanks to the well-organized API documentation and mock server support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Build powerful forms and quizzes with an impressive visual workflow builder”
What do you like best about Upflowy?

Upflowy is an exciting new flow builder that allows you to quickly build simple or complex lead funnels, questionnaires, and much more.

I love that you have full control over each step in the workflow thus allowing you to completely customize the experience for the end user. Equally impressive is that the analytics provide both data on the workflow as a whole as well as step specific insight. This helps when trying to understand potential roadblocks or weak points in a flow. The new document feature, which opens the door to creating client intake documents with advanced filtering is also something that's going to be super useful. Finally, Upflowy’s onboarding team has been very helpful with answering questions and walking me through the platform and it’s potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Upflowy?

Overall i’m impressed with Upflowy, however I feel it’s UX & UI could be improved. I found myself at times looking for a specific function that was not grouped in a more obvious location or simple edits might take 1 step longer than expected. Many of these are simple design changes that I hope will be remedied in the next iteration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Upflowy solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest benefits from this platform is its flexibility and ability to gather insights on the micro level. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

“Outsystems - A Leading Low Code Application”
What do you like best about OutSystems?

Outsystems is one of the tool that gives developers to develop an application in a visual way. we can see the application real time while developing the application.

This approach significantly reduces the time and effort required to build applications, enabling faster delivery of solutions to meet business needs.

Developers can create applications that work across different operating systems and devices, including web and mobile platforms. This cross-platform capability ensures a wider reach and consistent user experience across various devices.

This cross-platform capability ensures a wider reach and consistent user experience across various devices. so just one application can run of all devices, including responsiveness of application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OutSystems?

OutSystems' pricing can be prohibitive, especially for smaller businesses or individual developers. The base price often doesn't cover a full enterprise application, and costs are typically geared toward larger organizations, making it challenging for smaller applications to justify the expense.

while the large budget project can only afford the OutSystems technology.

On the other hand, the support for developers is somewhat limited within the community itself. for the IOS application it is somehow lacking the completed development functionality. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is OutSystems solving and how is that benefiting you?

There are a lot of free resources online via Microsoft Learn. It is a low- code environment, so you can get started with building basic apps without having to learn traditional programming languages, such as C#. You can start using it pretty much straight away as long as you have the correct licensing. I have so far built two Apps with 5 Power Automate Cloud Flows and two Dataverse tables. “A clean, efficient alternative to bulky test management tools”
What do you like best about Tuskr?

I’ve only used Tuskr for about a week during the free demo period, but it immediately stood out compared to other tools I’ve tried, like TestRail and Zephyr. Before discovering Tuskr, we were relying on spreadsheets to manage test cases ( a tedious and error-prone process). Tuskr made the transition smooth and immediately improved visibility, structure, and collaboration. As a tech Writer, I found the interface intuitive and the learning curve minimal. Features like customizable fields, Jira integration, and easy test case organization helped streamline our QA workflow significantly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tuskr?

Given that I only used the demo, I didn’t get to explore every feature in depth. That said, the reporting features seemed a bit limited compared to more established platforms. Power users may miss advanced filtering and analytics. Also, there’s no offline access, which could be a drawback for teams that occasionally work in low-connectivity environments. Still, for a tool this easy to pick up, those trade-offs felt minor. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tuskr solving and how is that benefiting you?

“Empowered Our Whole Team to Experiment Faster and Smarter”
What do you like best about Statsig?

Statsig has fundamentally transformed how we approach experimentation at Every.org. We’ve gone from a handful of tests to a culture where nearly everyone on our small team — not just engineers — can confidently run A/B tests. Features like cloning past experiments and built-in analytics make it easy to iterate, measure impact, and build momentum. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Statsig?

We haven't any major issues with the platform. The biggest hurdle has been onboarding non-engineers. While the platform itself is intuitive, the documentation is more geared toward engineering teams. For teammates outside of engineering it takes a little time working with one of our engineers to get to a place where they can fully self-serve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Statsig solving and how is that benefiting you?

Statsig solves two major problems for us: limited access to experimentation and slow iteration cycles. Before Statsig, only engineers could run A/B tests, which created bottlenecks and limited our ability to test ideas quickly. Now, cross-functional teammates — including product, design, and data — can confidently set up and interpret experiments, dramatically increasing our testing velocity. This has helped us make more informed decisions, reduce risk when shipping new features, and directly increase both signups and donations. Statsig has made experimentation a core part of our product culture, even as a small team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about QA Wolf?

Honestly, where do I start? We brought them in thinking it would be a temporary fix while we built our own E2E testing setup. That was about a year ago, and we're not building our own anymore. QA Wolf turned what I expected to be a temporary solution into a core part of our testing strategy.

The communication has been refreshing. They don't spam you with updates, but when they reach out, it's actually useful stuff. Early on, they helped us make the business case internally for QA automation and built some proof-of-concepts that immediately showed value in terms of people-hours-saved. I wasn't expecting that level of partnership from a vendor.

Their bug-finding capabilities genuinely surprised me. We had some bugs we knew about but figured would be tough to catch. Not only did they catch those, but they found several issues that had been lurking in our system for years that we had no clue existed. Their engineers are sharp.

We've definitely cut down on manual testing, though I should probably measure that more precisely. Their process for flagging regressions is solid. They catch stuff and let us know before it becomes a problem. It's nice not constantly worrying about whether something broke after a deployment.

Their platform is actually well-built too. You can dig into test recordings, check out the source code, see what workflows are running. The CI/CD integration is straightforward. Documentation is clear without being overly verbose. It just works, which is rarer than it should be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QA Wolf?

Honestly, it's hard to find much to complain about. The pricing isn't cheap, but after seeing what goes into doing this well... (the operational overhead, the QA expertise, the infrastructure)... I'm pretty confident we'd spend more trying to replicate this internally and probably do a worse job. So even that's not really a complaint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QA Wolf solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before QA Wolf, we were in the classic trap of knowing we needed better testing but not having the bandwidth to build it right. Manual testing was eating up time and we had this constant worry after deployments about what might have broken.

QA Wolf became our safety net. Now we deploy with confidence because their automated tests catch issues before they hit production, and our team can focus on building features instead of repetitive manual testing. It's like having a dedicated QA team with enterprise-level expertise without the headache of building it ourselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
