As a QA professional responsible for managing regression test cases, I’ve been using Qase regularly and have found it to be a small but efficient tool for test case management. It’s easy to navigate, fast to set up, and generally gets the job done without unnecessary complexity.
One of Qase’s strongest points is its excellent customer service. Any time I’ve run into issues or needed help, their support team has been responsive and helpful in troubleshooting.
Another positive aspect is that Qase is evolving quickly, with frequent updates and feature rollouts. That said, one downside is that the new “QaseNew” interface or format still feels incomplete—it isn’t quite ready for full use, and some features seem to be in transition. I’m hopeful future updates will bring more stability and better usability, especially if Qase can eventually integrate large language models (LLMs) to offer more intelligent test management and automation support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is pretty straightforward to use if you have used other test case management tools before. The usage of the api is much easier than it was with XRay and the support answers almost instantly during working hours. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The automatic test case creation and detection could need more settings to set a specific suite directory.
Also I when I update a completed test, and it is updated with a failed testcase, there should be an option to set the whole test as failed automatically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My experience with Qase so far has been very positive. The platform is intuitive, clear, and easy to work with, making test management smooth and efficient. The support team has also been outstanding—very responsive, quick to assist, and highly professional in their communication. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a small startup, pricing is a significant concern for us. While Qase offers great value and its pricing is in line with competitors, we would greatly appreciate a more flexible model for small teams. For example, paying full price for the first few users and offering a reduced rate for each additional user would make it much more accessible and scalable for growing teams like ours. - Quick product development
- User-friendly interface
- Good functionality in one place
- Good instructions for product development and video instructions
- Online support response works as you expect it to Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
- I would like to improve integration with third-party services
- Make clearer instructions for setting up with third-party services, especially in terms of automation
- I would like to see examples of cases of using the system depending on the role in the project
- In the free version, the transfer of automation from Postaman was slightly (and not obviously) limited
- When registering a subscription, there are also not entirely obvious misconceptions in the price (the price is indicated as the minimum for one person when registering a subscription) already at further steps you understand that three or five users are at least.
By the way, this hinders distribution among small companies (my personal opinion) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qase is very intuitive, simple, and a great tool to track test cases, test plans, and test runs. It is all well organized. Also important to mention that it's easy to integrate it with other tools like Jira, very easy to implement. As a quality engineer, I use this tool every day!.
I would also like to comment on their excellent customer support chat, which responds in seconds! Super fast reply, very clear explanation, and very polite. They are very professional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Add more dashboards, maybe customized would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It truly has all I need as a QA Engineer. From requirements creation, test cases, test plans, test run monitoring. Also great queries and dashboards for monitoring the quality efforts and great third-party integration with a bunch of vendors like Cypress, Playwright, Cucumber, Jira, Trello, Github, etc. It's super easy to start creating test suites and test cases and do you first test runs. Your test cases and highly customizable also.
I find myself using qase.io everyday now and do not think on using another tool for the forceable future. I'm highly satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Is a cloud-only solution, so this might be an issue for teams that require an on-premise solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I was blown away by the excellent customer support response when I reported a minor bug.
I found a very small edge case while using the system so I figured I should report it and would get back a generic "thanks for the feedback" response, but I was connected with someone who actually looked into the issue within a couple minutes. They said they were able to reproduce the bug, reported it to the dev team, and would get back to me once the bug was fixed. I also mentioned the support article on how to reach out for support was slightly out of date, and they had the article updated within minutes.
I was pleasantly surprised again when I got a message a few weeks later that the bug had been fixed. I can easily say this has been the best customer support I've ever received from a product or service. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Adding manual test scenarios can be quite cumbersome if the scenario is lengthy and there are many steps to add. Also, trying to add code or json objects to code blocks in the Data field feels clunky because it doesn't let you copy-paste from other code blocks in a different test step, and pressing tab from within the code block doesn't insert a tab but instead changes the focus element to the Expected Result input form. I really like that the free version comes with everything you need to create a repository of Test Cases that you can use with your project without any problem, there are some limitation when it comes to use APIs, executions, integration with other tools, for those escenarios you will need to upgrade to a higher plan, which is reasonable, but the free plan comes handy for small projects or at least someone that is trying the tool.
They have a great customer support, really fast response, they provide clear and concise steps to fix issues.
You are able to schedule meetings for demos purposses or for asking questions, really fast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would really like to be able to link Test Cases as precondions or steps to follow, I know that we have "shared steps", if you have a Test Case that follows or has similar steps you will have to edit the Test Case and now the "shared steps", just to simplify things, allow to link Tests cases as steps of another Test Case, like we do in Jira, hehe, sorry to compare, but that's somethign I like from Jira, avoid complexity and time consuming when editing Test Cases. Since we started using Qase, our workflows have become much more efficient. At Azsoftware, we mostly work on government projects, and managing test cases effectively is super important for us.
The Qase interface is super simple and intuitive — we had no trouble adapting, and our team got the hang of it in no time. We can easily track our tests and manage changes without any hassle.
What I love the most is the Slack integration. Everything is shared in real-time within the team, and nothing gets overlooked. It saved us a lot of time and made our workflows much more transparent.
Qase feels like a lightweight tool, but it packs a serious punch. I think it's a perfect choice for any team looking to streamline their testing process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Honestly, so far, I haven’t come across anything I’d call a real downside. The tool does exactly what it promises, and we haven’t had any issues with it. Maybe as we continue to use it more, something might come up, but for now, everything works perfectly for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The UI and site navigation is very quick, especially when compared to Testrail. Tracking defects is handled so seamlessly especially when you link defects with Jira tickets. Transferring all of my Testrail suites was very easy as well. I didn't even need to configure field maps, the importer just took the XML file I gave it and the cases were immediately there. Customer support through the chat feature is also very quick to respond. They are able to solve any of my issues very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would to see test configurations similar to how Testrail handles them. Currently in Qase, you can set configurations on a run-by-run basis but there is no way to generate bulk test runs with all possible configurations. You have to make each run by hand.
Milestones are also kind of half baked right now. There are no sub levels for milestones and it seems that linking runs and cases to those milestones has no functionality. Clicking on a Milestone that is linked to runs/cases just brings you to the options. You cannot see a filter of all runs that are associated. It would be amazing to be able to link a test plan to a milestone, then when you view test plan runs, you can sort the runs by a sub-milestone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
