The only thing I don't like is that there doesn't seem to be a consistent practice for sound effects, etc. For example, in my videos there is a "ding" sound at the beginning. I like the glossary feature and the ability to add accents. The find and replace feature is also very useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I understand it's very difficult for AI to capture different accents, terms, or names. I think Rev does a great job and being flexible on transcription adjustments, I'd just suggest they continue to enhance their AI to get better and better at transcribing correctly.
