It would be useful to put speaker names on an auto transcript and also to be asked to input speaker names before you submit the order. I don't like how the timestamps are links on the downloaded document, and you have to manually remove them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Does a great job of adding captions to our videos. We used to do this manually and it was a huge pain but now we link their service to our YouTube channel. Rev often underestimated how long it will take for audio to be transcribed, which leaves me pleasantly surprised when it's ready. The transcription is much more accurate than other services I've used. I'm looking forward to the new features they're rolling out to make it more collaborative.
