- Lack of reports - For example there is no report in Beanworks showing pending approval invoices and who it is pending approval from

What problems is Quadient Accounts Payable Automation by Beanworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

- Previously our invoice approval process was very manual - we were uploading and posting invoices through email. It was very hard to keep track of approvals and we would often lose track of invoices. Beanworks has helped very mich to automate this process and has helped us increase visibility. Additionally department owners are now able to view invoices related to their department and helped enhance the visibility and spend tracking for them. As well, it has made sure there are less payment errors or overpayment as all invoices are approved and there is an audit trial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quadient AP Automation by Beanworks has really saved us time and money on our accounting procedures by limiting errors and streamlining our workflow. The visibility on this function of business has increased and our controls have become much stronger. Our Customer Support from our Account Manager has been wonderful and they have made an effort to actively check in with us and support our every need. The integration and implementation with our ERP system has been extremely simple with the way the Quadient team handles the back end buildout. We love using this software every day. After the trial period for Core ended, I think I mainly got scared away by the price of it all. While I appreciate the numerous features that Quadient offers, I'd like to be able to pay for the ones I need and would actually use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Quadient Accounts Payable Automation by Beanworks solving and how is that benefiting you?

I'm a Mortgage Loan Originator with The Lending Village, LLC. As a mortgage brokerage, it can get rough keeping track of the invoices we send and receive regarding credit reports, appraisals, and the like. The best part of Quadient AP Beanworks is the ability to streamline your workflow in Accounts Payable and reduce the time necessary to process invoices/payment. The implementation process provided by Quadient really irons out any kinks you may have in throughout the progress. With daily use, we've been able to cut down our AP process by 60%. What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Payable Automation by Beanworks?

The downsides of the AP Automation have been limitations of features and not a very robust offering within the software. There also aren't too many settings to adjust and modify.
