BrowerStack helps in simplifying the software testing process by providing various tools in one place like test case management for both manual and automation testing. I thinks its quite nice the way it is but if I have to say , I would tell to make the process simplier or provide some kind of guidence to how to use it . BrowserStack has huge numbers of devices and OS with huge varities of Browsers on your finger tip. It is so easy to open different browsers which makes it very easy to test any of my webapp and sites. Their customer support is like bullet train as they have responded me in just few minutes. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

A proper stable network connection is must .Otherwise will feel laggy and will not get a smoother experience.

There are restrictions is accessing the settings menu for phones.So making changes from settings level and testing will be difficult.
