"Super convenient way to test across browsers and devices"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

It's my go to platform for testing websites on different versions and flavors of devices. It supports devices going back 10+ years and has every browser version you could possibly want. The dev tools are great and being able to take screenshots and record sessions is extremely useful for sharing with colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The video compression from the devices isn't perfect, would definitely like the quality of that to be improved. There is also a bug where screen recording won't stop sometimes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

The UI of BrowserStack is the best which I have tried recently. It is super easy to set up test environments and navigate around them. It supports older OS versions of mobile devices seamlessly, which solves many business needs. It is a time saver and helps the team to work more efficiently. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I feel the plans are on the higher side. I am expecting the support of Api testing as well, which, when it happens, will help me a lot to use a single platform for all the use cases. Apart from that, there are timeouts issue, which can be improved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps us to test our use cases quickly and efficiently. It saves a lot of time and manpower through its efficient testing environment setup. It is helping a lot to track back older versions of OS which is very helpful in our business. Automation testing is simpler, enabling the team to do faster software releases. What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like how BrowserStack simplifies device testing with its wide range of virtual devices. It's so helpful to have access to various browsers and operating systems for testing our web applications and the free trial is fantastic for trying out its features before committing. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I do wish the pricing plans were a bit more budget-friendly, especially for small scale projects. Also, there are occasional responsiveness issues with the devices, but they're not a deal-breaker Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

- I really like how fast I can get started with testing the iOS and Android apps

- The availablility of devices 99% of the time

- The showstopper feature was, alowing us to test the website through VPN, which i didn't find in the deviuce farms I previously used.

- Connecting our Automation scripts to cloud devices is so easy and running regression test before providign the build to UAT

- Logging of issues is made easy as we get recordings and screenshots of the feature tested in the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

There is a little lag when connecting to devices with mobile internet. We can focus on optimizing the bandwidth. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

- BrowserStack is heping us save money on buying new devices which are costly consistently and frequently

- Since I'm working from home, getting access to multiple deives is a problem logistically. BrowserStack helps me to get access to multiple devices when needed.

"Undoubtedly a necessary tool"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

As a QA on projects for large clients such as Moderna or KraftHeinz, using BrowserStack helps me every day in my work to verify clients' quality standards. I live traveling, working remotely and from a Windows computer, I have the ability to use multiple devices through easy virtual access. The client is always happy when the number of devices covered in the tests is mentioned, because that means that their product will be able to reach a large number of users without operating systems or browsers being an impediment barrier.

The quick way it is accessed, the intuitive UI for the work tool, the loading speed and tools it includes such as accessibility testing, or session recording, help me a lot in my work. It is an undoubtedly necessary tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

What problems is BrowserStack solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allows to use multiple browsers and platforms, with the benefit of ensuring that the quality of the software product is the expected one. Sometimes there are issues that developer can't find because they use a single browser on a specific OS.
