What I like about BrowserStack is its simplicity and convenience. The developers knew exactly what testers needs while doing a browser test. The best feature about it is that I can simultaneously switch the devices within an ongoing session, even between mobile and web devices! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although there is almost nothing dislikable in BrowserStack the 1 minute limitation for free users is a bit frustrating. I understand that this should not be a free solution but a minute is not enough just to get a gist of the solution. If the webpage is slow it might take that time to load only. Other competitive solutions around offer at least 3-5 mins of trial sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes developer tools are unavailable, but I guess that's more the browser limitation than the Browserstack itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like its variety of solutions and its wide catalog of devices Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although I understand the reason for the high costs, it doesn't seem so affordable to me. And despite having many devices in the catalog, there are many more that are essential, such as more from Motorola, cell phones from Huawei, Xiaomi, Poco and others from Samsung. Browserstack has an extensive list of testing options for both apps and web services. The ability to upload apps for testing and automation makes chosing BrowserStack an easy choice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
BroswerStack is pretty expensive when it comes to automation seats. Running automation for apps can increase the costs pretty quickly as each thread costs a decent amoutn of money. Also, while the integration with testflight and google play stores are interesting, the reality that you are logging in via a web portal to a physical device somewhere else in the world does not instill the most secure feelings. The BrowserStack tool has the nicest user interface, and it saved me a lot of time while testing our website and apps with multiple browsers and mobile devices. Their customer service personnel is quite helpful and responds quickly to some of our inquiries. They also give many integration choices that are useful in our daily operations. Though the BrowserStack product team is trying its best, the following are some areas where they can improve:
- It might be sluggish in terms of performance at times.
- Documentation may be updated because it can be difficult to discover information for some of the features.
- Implementation might be improved because it can be tough for novices to get started with this tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Beginning in 2013, I started utilising Browserstack as I began my Web development career. There are a number of comparable platforms in the market, but I only rely on Browser Stack for my results. The User Interface is quite simple, and the testing speed is just fantastic. Live testing, which enabled every organisation get rid of real-time gadgets, is the most likely and significant feature. Just after they are released, they upgrade the support for new devices as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Being genuine there is yet to be a dislike discovered, but they constantly keep users abreast of new features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The variety of devices, for testing on BrowserStack is not good. There are performance issues and delays during usage it does not provide the opportunity to test on real devices, which is crucial for obtaining accurate results. Im not impressed by the features provided by the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
In terms of pricing it leans towards the side compared to its competitors. It would be advantageous if API testing support was included to simplify the testing process. BrowserStack is a noncomprehensive platform for website and application testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
