The documentation is very good. We get clear instructions on how to work with whatever the testing framework or tool is used. This makes it easy to integrate and use almost like a plug and play. The customer technical support comes to the rescue when we face any technical challenged for automation. Overall the usability is pretty simple and anyone can use it with ease. What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack impresses with its seamless cross-browser testing, offering a user-friendly experience, Since it is colud based it just eases the overall testing I ever need to build my things. The only downside of BrowserStack for me right now is that i find it hard to find particular versions of mobile devices .

I recently had a bug that affected only 50% of IOS versions and had trouble testing with multiple IOS versions on Browserstack Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find the features provided by BrowserStack to be quite hectic. There are performance issues and latency during peak usage times. I believe that the platform delivers an unreliable solution. What i observed is BrowserStack looks like a dream ticket for multi-browser testing at first. The reality is very different. Switches across devices or browsers and dev tools looks good, but the experience is lackluster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The user experience is marred by frequent lagginess in browsers/devices, which may be due to connection issues. In countries like Brazil, thats a major problem. They also contain inconsistencies occasioned by differences between dev tools (Chrome and Safari). For instance, in some iOS browsers, the requests are un-blockable.
