What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like the most the fact that Browserstack has a lot of devices and browsers / versions where one can choose from.

I also like the fact that you can record videos / screenshots while using the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

A thing that I dislike is that it can be glitchy and a bit slow while running automation tests via Browserstack. But hopefully it will be fixed in future iterations. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Drastically simplifies our customer support"

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Before using Browserstack, it was a massive headache to try and figure out what issues customers were having when using devices that we didn't have ready to test in our office. Browserstack changed all of that for us, giving us quick insights into which browser versions have issues and troubleshoot them accordingly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Useful for checking sites on multiple devices, operating systems, and browsers without needing to own them. The customer support also responds quickly. I personally use it frequently. There are many features, easy to use, both for browser testing and apps. Additionally, there are many additional features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Sometimes the devices don't work (the pages are gray).

To visit some public sites, you need to install their software on your computer (but it's simple).

Perhaps the prices could be lowered, especially for monthly tests and not just for annual contracts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
