"Best it class, but pricey"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Huge range of devices to use for Live testing and extremely easy to use. The functionality and features they offer well exceed what we bother to leverage, but nice to know it's available as needs expand over time. Seemingly trivial features like remembering the browser URL can save a lot of time and make it easy to run multiple tests across a wide range of devices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Their pricing model is pretty aggressive. If you're taking full advantage of all of the functionality or have a dedicated QA team, it's absolutely 100% worth the price and exceptional quality of the product, but if you only want access for a handful of developers to do basic cross-device testing, their pricing model is far too expensive in my view. You're forced to buy batches of seats in groups of 5 (e.g. a team of 6 requires 10 license), and even if you're only using a small portion of the functionality for just a few hours a month across the team - they require you to buy a seat per person, not priced accordingly for the tiny subset of functionality you'll use, nor relative to the usage you intend to use. I'd highly recommend they offer a pricing tier for only the Live Testing product at a fraction of the price of the full suite, as well as pricing based on individual seats (not batches), and based on # of concurrent users or perhaps hours of usage instead of just "how many people" _might_ do some testing once in a while. "Cloud space for testing mobile application"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Browserstack is very useful for testing mobile applications in different devices and different platforms. Ease of integrating the test management tools as well as jenkin are flawless. Browserstack give support both for product as well for the testing failure and appoints dedicated support for the help. We frequently use Browserstack for the application integration testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

The documents regarding the linking of automation code to the cloud should be clear for the linking. On a daily basis use of the application tetsing and logging the documents for test results the live device getting shut down or getting restarted. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"BroswerStack Review"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack is pretty nifty because it allows testing across various browsers and devices without needing to set up each environment individually. Its ease of use and the ability to simulate different user experiences across platforms is definitely a highlight. Plus, its cloud-based infrastructure makes it convenient for developers and testers to collaborate and ensure compatibility across a wide range of setups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack offers a lot of great features, but it might not fit every need perfectly. Some users have mentioned that the pricing structure can become expensive, especially for smaller teams or individual developers. Also, occasionally, there might be limitations in terms of specific device or browser configurations, which might require additional workarounds or compromises. Overall, while it's a powerful tool, it might not cover every possible scenario or configuration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about BrowserStack?

Truly love that there are so many browsers, and devices, all at my fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

Its frustrating that time runs out on the free account so quickly, and that it was not clear what limitations are in place, before starting the clock. Still love the tool though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
