3. Free Visual testing tool - Percy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Global Browsing, Zero Headaches"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

BrowserStack makes it a breeze to test all around the world! No more fiddling about with all manner of devices; I just whip through compatibility checking on actual browsers, from Tokyo to Toronto. Bugs dont stand a chance! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

But its enough to make you dizzy just reading about the tremendous range of tests available. Still, a good problem to have--that is, theres just the right tool for every testing requirement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Good software but can be a bit clunky at times"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like how it allows me to track manual regressions and the progress of my testers. Easy to add new test cases and track automation integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I think the filtering of test cases can be improved. I am not sure if a new feature or I just missed before, but I love the ability to see my folders in a test run. The consilidated view was a bit frustrating to use because things were a bit out of order.

back to filtering, I find it incredibly frustrating that using the keyword filter clears what other filters you already have selected. If I want to search all my untested cases that are tagged to me, I should be able to further narrow the search using a keyword.

I also find it annoying that when I edit a test case, you have to fill out "mandatory" fields, that I didn't have to create when I intially made the case! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Mobile Test Documentation Easy"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

I like that I can install an app to test on a mobile device and gather screenshots from the desktop over having to screenshot and send the images from a mobile device to my email or through Teams, and then manipulate the image to fit my needs. It makes less work for documentation and more time for testing. It helps to be able to test on various devices to see how changes in the dimensions affect how the app appears for the user. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I'm not sure if the site updated, or if it was a change with the account, but it had changed between times of use for testing and I was unable to find where/how to install an app for testing. It was a bit confusing to find. After changes to account access, I was able to figure out where to click to do app install and testing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Multiple cloud hosted mobile devices for mobile application testing"
What do you like best about BrowserStack?

For frequently testing of mobile applicatio and for running parallel test runs a large number of devices required which can't be possible on single physical device. Browserstack provides number of features to test the application regressiveley as well as number of devices. Implementation of Appium codes to the automate mobile applications. Customer support is very responssive while you consider for taking any help. Ease of using browserstack is much easier than other such kind of apps in the market. If we will come to integrating the third-party apps we can do it with ease like jenkin, jira, qtest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about BrowserStack?

I don't really dislike anything about browserstack, we have little concern about the price point as it's attacking to our pockets. After this much price also we have concern for performance and documentation as we can't compromise more cost for support engineer everytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The implementation of the Browserstack or deployment of testing environment becomes easier with the support of documentations and with the support of well described documentations.
